It can be stressful to take care of a medical dog and Rhokia has made me feel at ease. She is patient, reliable and very loving to Jax. She can handle his quirks and he is so happy when she comes to the house to take him on walks and to spend time together. Thank you for your support Rhokia! We are so happy you can care for Jax”

About: I've been taking care of dogs for friends, family, and myself since I was 13. I've had rescues, older dogs, dogs with separation anxiety, and puppies. I've done basic obedience training and potty training with small and medium sized dogs and I've also taken care of older foster dogs I'm currently in between jobs so I have plenty of free time to watch and play with your furry family. I'm home full time 7 days a week and I live with my two retired parents I have a fenced backyard so they can run and play to their hearts content without any outside worries. I don't currently have animals of my own. I have no problem with crating a dog if requested, but I prefer to let them roam and be in the same room as them to watch over and play with.
“I had an excellent experience with Veronica as our pet sitter. She was consistently on time for her visits, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Veronica went above and beyond by providing detailed updates about Lexa, Fluff, and Sushi, and she sent us numerous heartwarming pictures that helped us feel connected to our pets. It's clear that Veronica genuinely cares for animals, and we couldn't be happier with her service. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter.”

I’ve cared for pets for many different families and understand how important it is to know your furry family member is safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I have three dogs and one cat of my own, so animals are a huge part of my everyday life! I’ll treat your pets with the same love, patience, attention, and care that I give my own. Whether your pet loves walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I’m here to make them feel comfortable and cared for! I’m a teacher, which gives me a great schedule for pet care! I leave for work around 7:00 a.m. and am usually home by 3:15 p.m., so I’m available in the afternoons and evenings. I’m also available on weekends, or federal holidays where school is closed, making me a great option for weekend trips, evening drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting. I’ll always do my best to work with your pet’s routine and give them the care and attention they deserve I can take care of your dog exactly how you need me to. If they need to go in a crate, I will put them in it. If they need me to sing them a song before they eat, I’ll do it. Whatever makes them feel comfortable!

“Mae took great care of my cats, aquatic turtle, and fish! I really enjoyed receiving pictures of them and a report of how the visits went while I was gone. I would definitely recommend Mae for pet visits.”

About: Hi, I’m Bianca! I grew up in a family of animal lovers and have cared for all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and lizards. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I truly enjoy. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me for years to watch over their beloved pets whenever they needed an extra helping hand. I understand that pets are family, and I take that responsibility seriously. When your pet stays with me, they will be treated with the same love, attention, and care that I would give my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply making sure they feel safe and comfortable, your pet’s happiness and well-being are my top priorities. Welcome to Bianca’s Doggie Daycare, where your pup always comes first! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I am an early riser who enjoys staying active and maintaining a structured schedule. I typically wake up around 4:00 a.m., work out, and go for a run before starting my day. Being active allows me to provide pets with the attention, exercise, and engagement they need. I make it a priority to ensure every animal receives proper nutrition, plenty of playtime, affection, and cuddles. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and believe they thrive when they receive consistent care, love, and companionship. My routine allows me to be reliable, attentive, and fully committed to meeting each pet's individual needs. 🐾💕 I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for pets in my home. Because I have a structured and active lifestyle, I am able to give pets consistent care and companionship. I understand that every pet has unique needs, so I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and personalities to help them feel comfortable and secure. Most importantly, I treat every pet as if they were my own, offering plenty of affection, cuddles, and a calm environment where they can feel happy and at home while their owners Are away!

Sara took the time to always make everything as clean and tidy as I want my pet to have. He’s not very sociable (18yo Cat) so she had to go hunting for him and took a picture every day. That made me feel like he was OK, eating and using the litter box. Thank you, Sara! Until next time (I’ve used Sara’s services before) as I definitely recommend her for taking good care of your beloved pets.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She had great communication and told me when she was leaving and had arrived each time. She also gave me details of every visit, as well as many pictures. She also was very tentative to my elderly cats needs, including giving him medicine daily. She was very respectful of my house, and asked many questions to make sure that my cat was comfortable and had the best experience while I was gone. It was very evident that she truly cared about his needs, which means a lot to me because he’s like my child. I will definitely be using Stephanie in the future.
Amazing experience as always. Andrea is so patient and kind with our cats. We always know they are safe and loved when we’re away. She provides the very best care during each drop-in visit and her service never feels rushed. Also very detail oriented. Happy repeat customer. ❤️

This was my first time leaving my cat in someone else’s care, and Tyler made the experience completely stress-free. He provided consistent communication, was incredibly reliable, and I felt confident enough to extend my trip thanks to him. I would absolutely use his services again and recommend him without hesitation.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in West Park. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
