About: I’ve loved cats for as long as I can remember. I’ve always enjoyed their company and understand their unique personalities and needs. Although I don’t have a pet at the moment, I truly miss having one around, so I would be happy to take care of your cat with love, attention, and patience as if it were my own. I work from home, so I can spend most of the day with your cat, making sure they get attention, playtime, and care whenever they need it. My home is calm, clean, and safe — perfect for a cat to feel comfortable and relaxed. I always make sure your pet feels loved and well cared for, just like at home.
“Tatiana was great, communicative, and sent pics along the way. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for care for their dog! Will book her again for sure.”

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life and have over 20 years of experience caring for pets. I am a responsible, reliable, and attentive caregiver whom pet parents can truly trust. I naturally sense animals’ moods and needs, which helps me build trust quickly. I enjoy playing, walking, and providing attentive, loving care, always adapting to each pet’s personality to make them feel safe, comfortable, and happy!🤗 Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, unhurried walks, playtime, and consistent care. I truly love dogs and enjoy spending time with them, which helps me build trust and a strong connection with each pet. I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm, home-like environment at all times. For home boarding, I do not use crates and provide a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere. I care for only one dog at a time, allowing me to give my full attention, supervision, and affection. I carefully follow each dog’s routine and preferences to ensure they feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home.
About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is that i actually love the whole job not only the cute parts. Im patient when it comes to puppies who are still learning and are very playful, gentle with older dogs who need a slower pace, and calm when pets are anxious and shy. Im great at following the routine like giving pets meds and sensing when something is “off”. Basically I treat every pet like theyre my own with lots of love and care. Pet care fits very well into my daily and weekly routine. My schedule is very open, which allows me to provide consistent attention, walks, feeding, and companionship as needed I make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved. At my home, I have a friendly cat and a fenced yard where pets can run around and play safely with supervision. I stick to their normal feeding and potty schedules, give them plenty of playtime and attention, and make sure they’re always comfortable. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine closely so pets feel relaxed and at home. I handle feeding, walks, playtime, and basic care as instructed.
About: have had different pets throughout my life, which has taught me the value they have for each family, I love caring for and training and meeting needs according to their condition. I currently work remotely, I have the possibility of being available at any time of the day However, I would not have more than 3 pets on the same day. The most important thing is that when their owners are absent they do not feel their absence. I always try to familiarize them with the dogs and keep them busy through walks or activities that allow them to be satisfied for a while.
“Tetiana was amazing with my two dogs! They absolutely loved her and were always excited to see her. She managed to walk two 50lb fluffy tails and she always showed up on time, super early in the morning, which I really appreciate! We had great time working with Tetiana. She is such an easy going and friendly person, I would personally recommend her to anybody who has medium to large dogs as she handles them pretty well.”

About: I have been taking care of animals of all sorts and sizes for 10 years, I’ve cleaned, fed them, bathe them, walked them and most importantly took care of all these pets with love and dedication. I’m often available anytime even throughout the whole day so I have plenty of time only hands for your pets. I’m not a busy person but please don’t request a service last minute as some days I will have plans. I have a big and spacious fenced yard to have your pups play in and a calm and quiet indoors for your less active pets or kitties.

“Stacie has been such a great walker for Bruno! She’s incredibly consistent, easy to communicate with, and very kind. Bruno loves her, and it’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she works with.”

About: I had my own dogs for 16 years (Mini Daschunds. My second dog passed away a few years ago, and I don’t currently have any dogs of my own. I always say the right one will come along when the time is right. I occasionally care for more than one dog at a time, so your dog may have another friendly companion during their stay. I have a fully fenced backyard, and dogs are never left outside unattended. I’m happy to take them for walks as often as needed and, of course, provide plenty of snuggles and attention if that’s their style. I leave the house for about two hours each morning, and that’s typically the longest I’m away all day. Other than that, I can be home to give your dog lots of attention and care, if needed. I work from home, so I am here all the time. I can give your dog as much attention as he/she needs. I am also available to take walks and runs as much as they are needed. I have a fenced in backyard, and I live in a guesthouse in the backyard. There is a little Frenchie that I watch often, other than him, there should be no other dogs here.
“Allison has been awesome helping out with my pets while I'm at work. She is responsible and kind and keeps me updated on how things went each day. I'd definitely recommend her as a petsitter!”
“I was very pleased with Carla. I am relatively new to using walkers since I've always lived in a home with a backyard. I am therefore very paranoid about who walks my dog. I only trust without worries, my neighbor who walks Shona together with his big boy fur baby who was out of town. Shona is very sweet but young, strong, and big. Carla was punctual with every walk. handled Shona easily and comfortably and followed all my instructions. I highly recommend Carla if you need a responsible person to handle your dog - size don't matter.”

About: I have a gentle female greyhound that is cat friendly. I also have a toddler. I am great with pets that are picky eaters, and I love to take them out for walks. I am also experienced with pets that are scared of loud noises, in particular fireworks and can help them settle down even if they refuse to go outside. I am a stay at home mom. I walk my dog, Monkey at least 3 times a day. We also have a Yard to play if it is bad weather. I have a fenced yard. I also have a sweet greyhound that is fixed. I prefer to sit for your pet in my home, unless you are close and just need walking services.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hallandale Beach
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quinten is an absolute gem and we are SO lucky to have found her on Rover! She has been walking our dog Pierre every single day and we couldn’t be happier. From day one, it was clear that Quinten genuinely loves dogs — Pierre absolutely adores her and loses his mind with excitement the moment he hears Quinten at the door. Quinten is incredibly reliable and punctual. Rain or shine, she shows up without fail and always makes sure Pierre gets a thorough, enriching walk. She sends the sweetest photo updates throughout each walk, which honestly makes our whole workday. Knowing Pierre is in such capable, caring hands gives us complete peace of mind. Beyond just the walks, Quinten pays attention to Pierre’s needs — she’s noticed when Pierre seemed a little off and communicated with us right away. That level of attentiveness is rare and truly means the world to us as pet parents. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own, look no further. Quinten is the best — we’d give her 10 stars if we could! 🐾

I’ve had a great experience with Deena as my dog walker and would highly recommend her services. She is reliable, punctual, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. My dog warmed up to her immediately, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Deena provides regular updates, including photos and notes about each walk, which I really appreciate. It’s clear she pays attention to details like my dog’s energy level, behavior, and routine. I’ve also noticed a positive difference in my dog’s mood and overall well-being since we started working with her.
My experience was extremely positive. I’ve definitely found someone I can trust, and I’m very satisfied. She is the perfect sitter for my pet.🤝😁😊 When my plans suddenly changed, she really helped me out she was flexible, accommodating, and handled everything perfectly. Her professionalism is obvious from the start: she asks the right questions, pays close attention to details, and truly cares about the pet. It even feels like she goes above and beyond what’s expected. She is very careful, knows exactly how to build the right connection with an animal, and it’s clear that this is not just a job for her, but a genuine love for what she does.😁

Valerie is the best! My puppy loved her. She’s very experienced, caring and responsible. Lucy is training to be a therapy dog and Valerie did an excellent job using the specific commands Lucy is being taught. Also, Lucy is a challenge at five months and 50 pounds. Valerie had no problem, controlling her in a loving way.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
