About: I have a genuine, deep love for all pets in this world… mine have been the most important part of my life. When my baby kitty Lenny crossed the heavenly rainbow bridge last year, Gideon and Einstein rescued me. My focus is specific and consistent: “What does your best friend need? How can I provide this need to them? Is the environment low stress? Your fur babies are so important to me because I truly understand how important they are to YOU. Having no human children myself, believe me, fur babies are EVERYTHING! I put my absolute best effort into making sure your pet feels safe and experiences the least amount of anxiety as possible. Sophia was amazing!! She checked in with me the moment she got Diesel, as well as sent pics and videos to update me and show me how happy he was on his walk! It's amazing to feel so comfortable because sometimes I get nervous leting someone walk my large dog but when Sophia came over, she really showed me she knows exactly how to handle any size and interactions with other dogs! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
