Sophia is a caring, sweet person. However, I believe she showed up 3 times out of the 10 times she was hired for. In all fairness, my front door camera picked her up only 3 times and picked up everyone else who walked by my door repeatedly. Perhaps it was a camera mishap; I am so sad to say. Perhaps there were other emergencies that kept her from coming but she did not communicate with me. I also could not find my key where she said it was left and I cannot get an answer from her after the fact. I hope everyone else had better luck with her than I did. Cool kid, just needs more accountability.

Sophia was amazing!! She checked in with me the moment she got Diesel, as well as sent pics and videos to update me and show me how happy he was on his walk! It's amazing to feel so comfortable because sometimes I get nervous leting someone walk my large dog but when Sophia came over, she really showed me she knows exactly how to handle any size and interactions with other dogs! Will definitely be using her again!

Sophia is absolutely one of the best we've had EVER! There are always a lot of the same reviews and "cookie-cutter" comments on reviews mostly but I want to make sure that everyone knows how reliable, how attention to detail, and overall such a wonderful person who truly cares about your pet. Once you see Sophia with your loved one, you'll be able to see right away the things we did; her genuine love and care. Not only is it important to make sure that a care-giver understands the nuances of any routine schedule, but to be reliable, prompt, and then go above and beyond to take care of your pet is something else entirely. Sophia embodies that! We're blown away and feel very blessed to have found her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I always respect the client’s space and follow all instructions closely—whether it’s feeding, walking, giving medication, or just spending quality time. I keep the environment clean, calm, and familiar for the pet, and I make sure doors, gates, and routines are followed for their safety. I treat every home and every pet with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.
