About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a golden retriever, and my Australian shepherd was my best friend from the time I was 21 until I recently lost him. I've spent a lot of time around high-energy dogs like Aussies and doodles, I helped raise and train a hyper little mini doodle for a friend, walking him, teaching him tricks, and potty training him every day. I've also watched my neighbors dogs for long hours while they were at work, so I'm used to dogs who need company through the day. And I know what it's like to care for a dog that's slowing down. My Aussie had Degenerative Myelopathy and dementia toward the end, so I have real patience and experience with senior dogs who need extra help getting around. Whether your dog wants a long walk or run or just gentle, patient attention, I'll take good care of them. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to give your dog attention throughout the day. I'm available daily or on weekends: morning, night, or anytime during the day. In my home: I live in a second-floor apartment with a quick, easy exit to outside. There's a huge lawn and walking area right nearby, so getting your dog out for potty breaks and walks is simple. Inside, I keep toys on hand, always have fresh water and food available, and the apartment stays cool and comfortable with AC. In your home: I'll respect your space and stick to your dog's normal routine feeding, walks, playtime, and potty breaks on their usual schedule. I'm happy to follow any house rules or instructions you leave, keep things tidy, and make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own environment.
“Tatiana was great, communicative, and sent pics along the way. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for care for their dog! Will book her again for sure.”

“Rho has been amazing! Our German shepherd, Lambo, needs some TLC and patience as he can be very sensitive. Rho has exceptional animal intuition and a kind energy that Lambo took to very well. Sometimes he doesn’t like when new people go to touch his head and clip his leash but she had it clipped in minutes. Very relieved after moving to a new area to find a trustworthy, reliable, communicative, and true animal lover to watch our GSD and two cats.”
“Jenni sincerely cares about our Golden pup, Fisher. She is overjoyed when we reach out to have her walk/watch him, which shows how passionate she is for what she does. Would recommend Jenni to anyone looking for a reliable and passionate dog walker.”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is that i actually love the whole job not only the cute parts. Im patient when it comes to puppies who are still learning and are very playful, gentle with older dogs who need a slower pace, and calm when pets are anxious and shy. Im great at following the routine like giving pets meds and sensing when something is “off”. Basically I treat every pet like theyre my own with lots of love and care. Pet care fits very well into my daily and weekly routine. My schedule is very open, which allows me to provide consistent attention, walks, feeding, and companionship as needed I make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved. At my home, I have a friendly cat and a fenced yard where pets can run around and play safely with supervision. I stick to their normal feeding and potty schedules, give them plenty of playtime and attention, and make sure they’re always comfortable. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine closely so pets feel relaxed and at home. I handle feeding, walks, playtime, and basic care as instructed.
“Haby was simply incredible! She was quick to respond and really jumped in to walk my anxious pup, Luna last minute. My mom was sick and couldn’t walk her and Luna is a very special case. Haby did so great with her and was so patient. She didn’t push Luna to like her and gave her the space she needed to win her over. I recommend Haby for any pet who is special needs, shy, anxious, and all of the above. She was great and am grateful to have met her. Thank you for all you did for Luna, Haby!”

About: I had my own dogs for 16 years (Mini Daschunds. My second dog passed away a few years ago, and I don’t currently have any dogs of my own. I always say the right one will come along when the time is right. I occasionally care for more than one dog at a time, so your dog may have another friendly companion during their stay. I have a fully fenced backyard, and dogs are never left outside unattended. I’m happy to take them for walks as often as needed and, of course, provide plenty of snuggles and attention if that’s their style. I leave the house for about two hours each morning, and that’s typically the longest I’m away all day. Other than that, I can be home to give your dog lots of attention and care, if needed. I work from home, so I am here all the time. I can give your dog as much attention as he/she needs. I am also available to take walks and runs as much as they are needed. I have a fenced in backyard, and I live in a guesthouse in the backyard. There is a little Frenchie that I watch often, other than him, there should be no other dogs here.

About: Hi, I’m Destinee. I'm a Certified Veterinary Assistant, and I'm completing school to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. After that, I'll eventually become a Veterinary Dentist! It's cliché, but I've no other way to describe how I feel, I simply have a huge love for all types of animals—even bugs. There's something in everything for me. Getting to earn extra funds while spending time with and caring for beings that make me so happy—even the grumpy ones—is something I'll hold onto for as long as I live. No matter where I am or what I have, I'll always have a friend to help. At this moment, I'm unemployed, so I have all the time in the world. I'll try my best to work with the clients' and their loved ones' schedules. I try to remember I'm a stranger to them, but I certainly don't act like it. I love them to the moon and back, and will treat them as if I raised them myself, because why not? It's the right thing to do.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Pembroke Park
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quinten is an absolute gem and we are SO lucky to have found her on Rover! She has been walking our dog Pierre every single day and we couldn’t be happier. From day one, it was clear that Quinten genuinely loves dogs — Pierre absolutely adores her and loses his mind with excitement the moment he hears Quinten at the door. Quinten is incredibly reliable and punctual. Rain or shine, she shows up without fail and always makes sure Pierre gets a thorough, enriching walk. She sends the sweetest photo updates throughout each walk, which honestly makes our whole workday. Knowing Pierre is in such capable, caring hands gives us complete peace of mind. Beyond just the walks, Quinten pays attention to Pierre’s needs — she’s noticed when Pierre seemed a little off and communicated with us right away. That level of attentiveness is rare and truly means the world to us as pet parents. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own, look no further. Quinten is the best — we’d give her 10 stars if we could! 🐾

I’ve had a great experience with Deena as my dog walker and would highly recommend her services. She is reliable, punctual, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. My dog warmed up to her immediately, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Deena provides regular updates, including photos and notes about each walk, which I really appreciate. It’s clear she pays attention to details like my dog’s energy level, behavior, and routine. I’ve also noticed a positive difference in my dog’s mood and overall well-being since we started working with her.
My experience was extremely positive. I’ve definitely found someone I can trust, and I’m very satisfied. She is the perfect sitter for my pet.🤝😁😊 When my plans suddenly changed, she really helped me out she was flexible, accommodating, and handled everything perfectly. Her professionalism is obvious from the start: she asks the right questions, pays close attention to details, and truly cares about the pet. It even feels like she goes above and beyond what’s expected. She is very careful, knows exactly how to build the right connection with an animal, and it’s clear that this is not just a job for her, but a genuine love for what she does.😁

Valerie is the best! My puppy loved her. She’s very experienced, caring and responsible. Lucy is training to be a therapy dog and Valerie did an excellent job using the specific commands Lucy is being taught. Also, Lucy is a challenge at five months and 50 pounds. Valerie had no problem, controlling her in a loving way.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
