She messaged me later that night that she had researched all of the supplements Lucy takes as well as the seizure recovery medications so that she could be more knowledgeable should anything happen while we were gone. About: I come from a family of pet lovers, and pets have been part of my family my entire life. I currently share my home with two senior cats, and as a longtime Rover client myself, I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care. They can sleep on the bed and jump on the furniture, and I will always be here to keep an eye on them, short trips to the grocery store and the gym notwithstanding. I will only take on one dog at a time so your dog will get maximum attention. Please have all vaccinations and flea and heart worm meds current if you have outside dogs. I am retired and am always home, I will watch your baby day and night in a safe environment with a big fenced yard. I make your dog my priority, so there will be walks every day and frequent trips to play in the back yard. I only take one dog in my home. The house is in a safe neighborhood, and the doors are always locked. Your dog will get maximum cuddles and rubs during the day if they like that.
About: I am huge animal lover and I am studying to work with them and I used to be a volunteer at the humane society for 2 years so I have experience with different dogs I helped walk and shower the dogs and spent a lot of time with them. I would also help the nurses when they asked me to. I have a dog park and beach near my house that I can take them to if that is allowed by owners. if your dog needs more attention or needs takes medicine I will happily provide that Extra help for them. Emalie is wonderful, she checked in on Mr senior cat and gave her medication while I was traveling. We did a meet and greet first which was great and she kept me up to date with photos and messages which gave me peace of mind that my cat was well cared for while I was away. She followed all of my instructions really well! My building has some complicated entrance rules and policies, but she was able to get in and out smoothly with no issues. She took great care of Lola and gave her exactly the care and attention I was looking for. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend her!
Lola is wonderful, she watched my 16yo senior cat while I traveled out of town for work and made sure I was informed throughout the entire trip. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
