“Silky was more than excellent with my 2 cats Wilson and Scoot. They have never been alone before. I had to travel to Oregon for a week and Silky was so incredibly sweet with both my cats. She played with them daily and took the time to make sure they were comfortable and okay. She sent me lots of videos and pictures each visit. Told me how they were doing each day in great detail. Pets are the home, they are the ones who teach us how to really be human I am a student on weekdays and then in the afternoon I am available but also on summer i start at 6:00am from 3:30 to 10:00 p.m. On weekends I am available from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Lola is wonderful, she watched my 16yo senior cat while I traveled out of town for work and made sure I was informed throughout the entire trip. My cat takes an oral medication twice per day so traveling can be stressful but I felt at ease and had peace of mind knowing that she was in good hands and well cared for. Sara took the time to always make everything as clean and tidy as I want my pet to have. He’s not very sociable (18yo Cat) so she had to go hunting for him and took a picture every day. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
