“Mikayla did exactly what she promised. Our Grace was somewhat withdrawn when we picked her up, but I feel it was due to being away from us for 21 days. Now 2 days later, she is back to her old self. Mikayla sent many pictures and even made some special neck scarves for Grace. Grace was the only animal Mikayla kept during that time, which we appreciated because she is pretty antsy around other pets. .It was very convenient for us to secure cat sitting even though we were over 850 miles from home when we needed it. Being able to locate a sitter in the area you need is a wonderful aspect of Rover. Mikayla also cared for an orchid plant for us! A real BOGO ! Thanks Ms Mikayla! Flowers and cat are just fine.”
“Amazing dog sitters! I had some unexpected plans and Sebastian and his wife accommodated and responded very quickly. I was updated through out my dogs entire stay and they were very responsive and I can tell they are dog lovers and truly treat your dog or cat with love and care. “Paola was a lifesaver when our original sitter was no longer available two days before our trip out of the country. She was incredibly fast and responsive and assured us that Mochi was in great hands. Normally we prefer a meet up first or trial run but in this situation that wasn't possible (no fault of hers) but dropping him off we felt really good about it and knew he was safe and would feel at home. She sent plenty of pictures and videos throughout his stay and Mochi appeared to be having a lovely time meeting the other dogs staying, playing in the backyard and even lounging in bed with her lol. We knew he was good when she was telling us about his personality and it was the same as when he's home with us so surely he was comfortable. We will definitely use her in the future and are grateful to have connected with Paola in the midst of what could have been a really stressful situation for everyone.
