Serena was absolutely wonderful! Super sweet, patient, and genuinely caring with both me and my cat. My cat is very shy and hid most of the time, but she still showed him so much love and care and always sent thoughtful updates and photos, which I really appreciated. She communicated clearly, was always on time, and very flexible whenever there were any changes. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in such good hands while I was away for two weeks. I will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her!

I always put pets first. They run my show, I follow their normal routine and try my best to mimic what they are used to on a day to day basis with their parents. I find that doing this helps pets adjust to having someone new take care of them temporarily. I want pets to have a happy, fun time with me and I want them to be themselves and to be comfortable. If they were to come to my home, I would request a blanket from the owner so the pet can sleep with it and have in my home so they know they are safe and home is near.
