“Paola was a lifesaver when our original sitter was no longer available two days before our trip out of the country. She was incredibly fast and responsive and assured us that Mochi was in great hands. Normally we prefer a meet up first or trial run but in this situation that wasn't possible (no fault of hers) but dropping him off we felt really good about it and knew he was safe and would feel at home. She sent plenty of pictures and videos throughout his stay and Mochi appeared to be having a lovely time meeting the other dogs staying, playing in the backyard and even lounging in bed with her lol. We knew he was good when she was telling us about his personality and it was the same as when he's home with us so surely he was comfortable. We will definitely use her in the future and are grateful to have connected with Paola in the midst of what could have been a really stressful situation for everyone.
