Dean was very accommodating when my pick up time changed last minute. I can tell that my pup enjoys time with Dean, as he didn't want to leave. I appreciate that Dean has a back yard, which is hard to find in a city. It's like a little 'vacation' for my pup. Thank you for the excellent care that you give my pup. Would book again!

I had a very bad experience. He cancelled my french bulldog dog-sitting after 2 hours, he said that my dog is restless and he has someone is moving in and he can’t take care of my dog . He says it’s his hobby , not a job . He complained that my dog had some stomach issues and its not ideal for him . I texted him about some problems and meds that we need to give my pup in advance , he texted me it’s fine . When I came to pick my dog up after I cancelled my trip he was over heated and had shortness of breath .. probably was outside in 94 f degrees . I found another dog sitter the next day and she said there was nothing wrong with my dog . I am not recommending Dean . He is not responsible and not mature enough.

He made everything extremely difficult. Getting him to send photos of Bella daily was like pulling teeth. When I asked, he would say he has a life, is busy, and that I should trust him more instead of just sending the photos. His Rover address wasn't up-to-date, which made me very uncomfortable. When I went to pick Bella up early, I ended up at someone else's apartment because he had moved without informing me. He initially said he was meeting me at his old address and was on his way, but then admitted he hadn't even left work yet. This constant lying and stress were exhausting. When he finally dropped Bella off, he didn’t bring her new bag of greenies. When I asked him to return them later, he said he would either send me something for them or give them to me next time, even though, given his behavior, there won't be a next time. I sent him a money request, but he read my messages twice and ignored them, essentially refusing to compensate me for the greenies. I have used Rover a lot and never experienced anything like this. The stay was nothing but stressful, and I was worried about Bella's safety at one point. He was also very rude.

Dean was great. I felt my pup was in good hands for a longer stay. I appreciate that Dean allowed me to have a late drop off time to work with my schedule. I could tell that he cares because he asked me about details of my dog’s habits and preferences. Thank you!
