Truly could not have asked for a better sitter!!! This was my first time using Rover, and I was quite nervous, but Kayla was willing to FaceTime me and ease all of my anxiety. The drop off was seamless, I got multiple updates, pictures, and videos of my pup throughout his say, and most importantly he was happy as could be. My return flight ended up getting canceled, so I needed to extend the stay, and Winnie was so accommodating! I really can’t recommend these gals enough!
Marina is truly a gem! I was super anxious about leaving my dog with someone new for the first time, but she immediately put me at ease. Diana is Amazing! We booked 5 nights with Diana for our TinkerBell and Diana let us come meet her for 30 minutes the day before drop-off day so we could meet her and introduce TinkerBell to her so she’d feel comfortable and at home with Diana. Diana is super sweet and very personable and she REALLY doves doggies and it shows. TinkerBell jumped right in her lap and gave her doggie kisses. Diana sent us several pictures and videos every day. It was so very comforting. We really love the great service she provides. We will use her again. She really is awesomely amazing! 💕❤️🥰
Maria watched my dog again for 6 nights. I see has watched my dog several times now. She was able to watch him for an additional night after our flight was delayed until the next day. She checked in to make sure our flight would be back as planned. This gave me great piece of mind that my boy wouldn't be left while we tried to make it back home!
