About: I grew up with five dogs, and have had at least one since. I've dogsat for neighbors countless times, and have enjoyed every second with their furry friends. Not counting my high school/childhood years, I've been dogsitting for 5 years. I currently work part-time and as a theater artist. I have the most time on Monday - Wednesday (full availability) with more limited time on Thurs - Sun. Most Thurs/Fri I'm available until about 4 pm. Same for weekends, unless I end up working a matinee. I always have morning availability. When coming into a client's home, the first thing I'm doing is working on gaining your pet's trust. I understand it can be scary having a stranger walk into your safe space! I speak gently, get on their level (if safe to do so) and overall just work on showing them that I'm there to have a good time with them.

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. As I child, every birthday and Christmas wish was always the same: a dog or a cat of my own. Since that wasn't possible at the time, I spent my childhood caring for and rescuing animals whenever I could --including dogs, cats, swans, pigeons, porcupines, wolf, piglets and many others in need of help. Animals have always been a huge source of inspiration, peace, comfort and joy in my life. I grew up drawing dogs, writing children's stories about animals, and naturally connecting with them wherever I went. And somehow, that feeling has always seemed mutual. Dogs and cats often approach and choose me even in a crowd, and if you ever meet me on the street, don't be surprise, I'll say hello to your pet, before I say hello to you. Pet care naturally fits very well into my daily routine because I use to work on my schedule and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and creating a calm, loving environment around them. I also hold a Canine and Feline CPR and First Aid certification, which allows me to care for pets with extra attention, responsibility, and preparedness. My work flexibility allows me to dedicate real attention, affection, playtime, walks, and supervision throughout the day, not just quickly check-ins. I've always had a deep love and respect for animals of all of kinds: dogs, cats, fish and even parrots! I truly enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality, energy, and emotional needs, so they can feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable while their owners are away. And YES, if they need to sleep/rest very close to a human, I will be very happy to be that human! Whether it's a walk, daycare, boarding, or drop-in visit, I will do always with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. I'm also comfortable caring for senior pets and following complex medication or care routines with great attention and responsibility. I'm also fully comfortable working in video-monitored environments for additional peace of mind and transparency. I understand how important communication and trust are, especially with this beautiful souls, so I'm always happy to provide regular updates, video and photos, throughout the experience. I live in a comfortable apartment with my husband and no kids around or other pet, with a shaded balcony that has been fully pet-proofed for safety. My furry friends are welcome to choose whether they’d like to spend some time outdoors or simply relax inside, always in a safe and supervised environment. The area where I live is very quiet and dog friendly, with little traffic and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Just a short walk away, there are two wonderful areas for daily walks and outdoor time: a beautiful waterfront path where pets can enjoy fresh ocean air and peaceful sunset walks, as well as a fully equipped dog park with separate areas based on dog size -perfect for safe play, exercise, and maintaining healthy socialization. I always strive to create a calm, clean, loving and emotionally safe environment where pets can fell relaxed, comfortable, and cared for while away from their owners.

“Caroline has been walking Frito twice a week for the past 6 weeks. Frito adores her and she is communicative, responsible, prompt and flexible. About: I’ve had both cats and dogs since a young age and I have also watched my friend’s cats and dogs several times. I have a protective dog and have watched very high energy dogs so I understand each pet is different and that means they will have different needs. I love being around any and all animals! I’m currently in college so I will be available between classes and my part time job! I typically have free time each day, even if I do have classes or work. I can hang out with your pets for as long as you need and if there are any special instructions, I would be happy to follow them!
