About: Hi, My name is Julia and up until a couple years ago I used to have a large black pit/lab mix named Cash (after Johnny Cash ☺️). I had him for almost 8 years since he was a puppy and trained him myself (I even got him therapy dog certified so I could take him to work with me at the hospital sometimes). I have experience taking care of him as well as friends/family dogs of all breeds and sizes from puppies to senior dogs. Unfortunately, he battled cancer for almost two years and he lost that battle a few years ago 😔. I wasn’t ready for another dog for a few years so I just fostered dogs and volunteered at shelters.
