Charuwan took the absolute BEST care of my Dubu. From the moment we arrived, Dubu instantly felt comfortable and walked right into her house like she’d been there before. Charuwan has such warm, calm, and loving energy — and I truly believe Dubu felt that too. She kept me updated throughout the day with messages and photos of all their little adventures, which gave me so much peace of mind. You can tell she genuinely cares. When we came to pick Dubu up, she didn’t even want to leave! That alone says everything. We were also a little late picking her up, and Charuwan was incredibly kind and understanding about it. Gustavo and Ales were incredible. Our dog Micah came along on her trip to Miami and spent about a week staying with them. He came home tired and happy each day.
