I had such a great experience with Graciela and her family taking care of Lola! This was actually the first time I’ve ever left Lola with anyone, so I was definitely a little nervous, but they made me feel completely comfortable. They were amazing about keeping me updated throughout the day with pictures and videos and were always quick to respond to any questions. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was happy and being well taken care of. Lola had the best time with them and the other doggies and came home completely exhausted 😂 — which was perfect because she got all that puppy energy out! Jason was amazing with Muffin! He was so easy to work with and communicate with, and he was incredibly flexible when I ended up running late for drop-off. Throughout the entire stay, he kept me updated with photos and videos, which really put my mind at ease. Muffin came home tired but relaxed, which tells me he had a great time and felt comfortable the whole stay. He absolutely loves Jason and can’t wait to go back! One of the things I appreciate most is that Jason keeps the dogs in his home, so I know Muffin has company and attention all day long instead of being left alone. Gustavo and Ales were incredible. Our dog Micah came along on her trip to Miami and spent about a week staying with them. He came home tired and happy each day.
