This was our first time booking with Pam, and she was great. We were able to do a meet-n-greet before Loki’s stay with her, and she made us feel comfortable right away! Erick was 10/10!!! communication, flexibility, positive energy and giving my baby love and a temporary home for my last-minute trip. She was great with communication prior to and during my time away. She sent plenty of updates and I could tell my pup was well taken care of.
