I received these daily sometimes multiple times a day. I left for a 12 day trip leaving him with someone else for the very first time ever and so naturally I was worried about his care while I was away. This was Lyric’s first time being boarded with someone. Caroline and her sister were both very nice and knowledgeable caretakers. You can just tell once meeting them that they truly care about our pets. Their attention to detail left me at ease. Lyric loves Caroline. She was very attentive to her during the 4th with fireworks. The photo updates were great and reassuring that Lyric was not only okay, but having a great time and making new friends.
Melissa was absolutely AMAZING with my dog Bruiser! You can tell she loves dogs and has a special bond with chihuahuas like mine. She was really communicative, provided updates throughout the stay, and was really accommodating for us with a semi last minute sitting request and when things went south with me getting back in time for my trip she had no issues re-accommodating and staying with my pup a little longer. I feel happy knowing I can leave my dog safely in her care again in the near future if I ever need to head back out of state!

Gail was super easy to talk to, offered a meet and greet at her home before booking. Gail communicated every day and I could tell from the pictures that Schnitzel felt very comfortable and at home with her. Super cute pictures and even another dachshund that was staying there too--double dachshunds! Would absolutely leave Schnitzel here again.
