Pricing is negotiable. — SEPARATION ANXIETY 😰: Yes, I have experience working with dogs who have REAL separation anxiety. 💝 & Yes, I have the remedy ❤️‍🩹 —— ORAL MEDICATION 💊 : Yes, I have experience administering oral medication to dogs (not cats). ____ You’re required to read sections 1-8 on my profile before booking me. 1) IF YOUR ANIMAL BITES ME 🩸 If your animal bites me🩸, I may request proof of your animal’s vaccination records. Please be prepared to prove that your animal is in fact up-to-date on Rabies vaccinations in accordance with local laws.🙂 —— 2) MEETING PRIOR TO START OF BOOKING 🤝 Digital (video chat or phone call) is always Free (up to 30 minutes). 🙂 I don’t always offer free Meet n’ Greets (in-person) for dog-walking or Drop-in Visits unless I can coincidentally fit it into my schedule nicely. Meeting in person before a House Sitting booking is always free. —- 3) TIME SLOTS ARE RANGES ⏰ Please note that time slots usually are +/- 1 hour, unless you specify that you need a punctual time. For example, if you book dog walking at 5 PM, I’m arriving between 4 PM-6 PM unless we agree that you require/need 5 PM exactly. I do strive to meet your actual/real request. 🙂 —- 4) HOUSE SITTING: 24-7 CONSTANT CARE COMMITMENT VS. REGULAR PART-TIME 🏠 House Sitting does not mean that I stay in your home 24 hours a day right next to your animals for 24 hours. If you require and/or expect that I, as a House Sitter, remain right next to your animals the entire time (+ or - sleeping time), you must tell me that before booking me for House Sitting. It is very rare that I receive a 24-7 House Sitting request, so all House Sitting requests are assumed to be part-time/regular (in which the Sitter can pop in and out a few times daily during the stay). 👍 ___ 5) OWNER BEHAVIOR/DOG BEHAVIOR 🎭 Micro-managing (in a negative, strange, uncomfortable way [which is defined solely by my own judgment]) is not tolerated. Please do not dehumanize me or service could end immediately. Obsessive, meticulous, unnecessary behavior (which is defined solely by my own judgment) is not tolerated. With that being said, I am more than happy to provide any and all updates so that you can know your pets are in fact doing well. ✅ 🐾💞 I provide high quality and thorough pet care. I love the work I do and I do the work I love. 🐾 I provide very affordable rates to help families in need and to make pet care an affordable/accessible option for people who genuinely need it. I am simply an animal lover who is capable of and wanting to walk dogs, feed animals, ensure animals have clean drinking water, ensure animals have a clean space to eat in and use the restroom in (as clean as I can realistically make it), and hangout with animals. I do not walk on water. I have my own methods of training and communication with animals. 😃 I am MORE than happy to help you with your dogs if you WANT your dogs to learn basic manners.😀 I only ask for respect and trust as I go above and beyond to fulfill my pet care duties for your furry ones. — 6) EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO 🏥 & CONDITION OF ANIMAL Please remember to leave emergency contact information in case of medical emergencies if you are gone/out of town. If you believe/suspect that your animal is or could be very close to death due to old age and/or medical issues, you are required to inform me of this before booking me. By moving forward with booking me, you agree that I am 100% not responsible for the natural death of any animal that occurs from aging and/or medical issues/diseases and/or anything else. The Pet Owner is responsible for providing me with an accurate and true written description of the animal’s current condition (in writing) before the booking begins. I am 100% not legally responsible for animals that are not listed on the booking. Example: If you book me with 2 out of your 3 animals and I arrive and see that there are 3 animals in the home, I am 100% not legally responsible for that one animal that is not listed on the booking. —- 7) IF YOU DON’T HEAR FROM ME BEFORE/DURING😳 If you are officially booked and already paid: If you do not hear from me before our booking or during an active booking, it’s likely because there’s something wrong and there’s likely an emergency 🚑 hindering me from communicating. I usually respond all of my clients before and during service. 🐾 —- 8) Weird things that I unfortunately have to say🫪: • 8A) I want to be clear that I am not a “babysitter” or a “nanny”, that animals are not humans, and that animals do not speak English. If you require 24-7/full-time care for your animal with very minimal to no leaving, you are responsible for telling me that before booking me. Most animals do not require 24-7 supervision. A 24-7 care booking could change the rate/price. • 8B) I am not psychic. I cannot read minds, unfortunately. It is the responsibility of the Pet Owner to notify me of anything that I do or don’t do that is not reaching their expectations. If the Pet Owner is not content or satisfied with my service, this must be communicated to me immediately (during the service) so that I can either fix the issue or end the service. I am 100% not legally responsible for any discontent allegations (or any other type) if the Pet Owner continued telling me that everything for the pet care service was going good and that they were happy with the service they were receiving. • 8C) I want to be clear that the only actual requirements for my House Sitting duties are that the animals have access to food, access to clean drinking water, a clean enough environment [at least] in the animals’ food/sleep/restroom areas, that the animal remains alive (excluding any natural, inevitable events) and doesn’t go missing, and that the Pet Owner receives at least their bare minimum amount of updates per day during the stay. The Pet Owner is responsible for telling me the least amount of updates they want to receive daily during the stay. • 8D) If I accept a House Sitting request, that does not mean that I drop all of my other clients. 🐾 It CAN mean that if we agree on it before the booking begins. The rate/price of the House Sitting service could be affected. Please understand that I have multiple animals that I service, not just yours.🙂 • 8E) If an animal literally doesn’t let me and very clearly doesn’t want me to pet him or her, then obviously I won’t be able to pet the animal very often or maybe not at all. I won’t overstep an animal’s boundaries and I’m not going to risk getting hurt simply because I’m under pressure. I, alone, have plenty of experience to know whether or not I can/should pet an animal at a given time and I won’t tolerate feeling forced or expected to give physical affection to an animal that has already bitten me (with or without drawing my blood from the bite), scratched me, is hissing at me, and/or very clearly doesn’t want to be touched. Petting the animal is not a requirement of my job. • 8F) I reserve the right to end any service at any time for any reason. In the rare event that an active House Sitting service ends early, you agree to allow me and/or Rover to search for another Rover House Sitter to replace me and you agree that I can leave the home as soon as the replacement Sitter arrives on the property. —- 9) ABOUT ME: (you’re not required to read section 9). 🙂 I graduated from the University of Texas with two degrees in Economics and Finance. 😊 I worked as a Personal Trainer in various gym settings for about 7 years and helped people between the ages of 16-90 years old with hypertrophy, flexibility, body composition, and functionality/mobility (respectively). Overall, I have about 17 years of experience interacting with and being around many types of dogs and various types of animals. I wanna spend time with your pets!! 🤗 I grew up with many types of pets in my home for about 8 years- like iguanas 🦎 , bunny rabbits 🐇 , guinea pigs, fish 🐟 , big dogs (Golden retrievers/Golden Doodles/German Shepherds/Rotweilers), Small dogs (Jack Russel terriers, chihuahuas, schnauzers), cats 🐈 , snakes 🐍 , turtles, birds 🦜, etc. 😍 Some of my favorite dog breeds to hang out with are German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, and PitBulls!
