IMPORTANT: If you require a House Sitter who stays in the home the entire day without leaving or with very minimal leaving, you must inform me before booking. The rate will likely be higher. —— If your dog bites me🩸, I may request proof of your animal’s vaccination records. Please be prepared to prove that your animal is in fact up-to-date on Rabies vaccinations in accordance with local laws.🙂 —— If you REQUIRE meeting in-person before officially booking, In some instances, an in-person Meet & Greet could cost $15 (booked on Rover). Digital (video chat) is always Free (up to 30 minutes). 🙂 I no longer offer free Meet n’ Greets (in-person) outside of North Miami Beach-Aventura-Sunny Isles. —- Please note that time slots usually are +/- 1 hour, unless you specify that you need a punctual time. For example, if you book dog walking at 5 PM, I’m arriving between 4 PM-6 PM unless we agree that you require/need 5 PM exactly. I do strive to meet your actual/real request. This is how I run my business 🙂 —- OWNER BEHAVIOR/DOG BEHAVIOR 🎭 Micro-managing is not tolerated. Please do not dehumanize me or service will end immediately. Obsessive, meticulous behavior/expectations are not tolerated. I have my own methods of care, training, and communication with animals. 😃 Dogs do not speak English and dogs are not humans- they are animals. I am MORE than happy to help you with your pets if you WANT your dogs to learn basic manners.😀 — SEPARATION ANXIETY 😰: Yes, I have experience working with dogs who have REAL separation anxiety. 💝 & Yes, I have the remedy ❤️‍🩹 — Please remember to leave emergency contact information 🏥 in case of medical emergencies if you are gone/out of town. If you believe/suspect that your animal is or could be very close to death due to old age and/or medical issues, you are required to inform me of this before booking me. By moving forward with booking me, you agree that I am 100% not responsible for the natural death of any animal that occurs from aging and/or medical issues/diseases and/or anything else. —- If you are officially booked and already paid: If you do not hear from me before our booking or during an active booking, it’s likely because there’s something wrong and there’s likely an emergency 🚑 hindering me from communicating. I usually respond all of my clients before and during service. 🐾 —- ABOUT ME: 🙂 I graduated from the University of Texas with two degrees in Economics and Finance. 😊 I worked as a Personal Trainer in various gym settings for about 7 years and helped people between the ages of 16-90 years old with hypertrophy, flexibility, body composition, and functionality/mobility (respectively). Overall, I have about 20 years of experience interacting with and being around many types of dogs and various types of animals. I wanna spend time with your pets!! 🤗 I grew up with many types of pets in my home for over 10 years- like iguanas 🦎 , bunny rabbits 🐇 , guinea pigs, fish 🐟 , big dogs (Golden retrievers/Golden Doodles/German Shepherds/Rotweilers), Small dogs (Jack Russel terriers, chihuahuas, schnauzers), cats 🐈 , snakes 🐍 , turtles, birds 🦜, etc. 😍 Some of my favorite dog breeds to hang out with are German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, and Bernedoodles! I do love big dogs. I am experienced with animals, trustworthy and professional. I’m currently Serving South Florida between Wynwood-Dania Beach area.
