Tell your dog I said hi 👋

Pricing is negotiable. — SEPARATION ANXIETY 😰: Yes, I have experience working with dogs who have REAL separation anxiety. 💝 & Yes, I have the remedy ❤️‍🩹 —— ORAL MEDICATION 💊 : Yes, I have experience administering oral medication to dogs (not cats). ____ You’re required to read my entire profile (excluding section 8) before booking me. By moving forward with booking me, you agree that you have entirely read and understand my Rover Profile. Your continued access and use of the Service Provider’s Pet Care Services will constitute your understanding and awareness of this Rover Profile and its contents. —— Sections 1-8: 1) Rabies Vaccination/County Registration Requirements for Dogs 💉 🪪 🐕 I do not accept unvaccinated dogs. Please ensure that your dog is up-to-date on Rabies vaccinations. Pet Owners are responsible for ensuring that their dogs are registered with the County AND that their dogs wear their County License tags.🙂 —- 2) TIME SLOTS ARE RANGES ⏰ Please note that time slots usually are +/- 30 minutes, unless you specify that you need a punctual time. For example, if you book dog walking at 5 PM, I’m arriving between 4:30 PM-5:30 PM unless we agree that you require/need 5 PM exactly. I do strive to meet your actual/real request. 🙂 —- 3) HOUSE SITTING: • 3A) 24-7 CONSTANT CARE COMMITMENT VS. REGULAR PART-TIME 🏠 The House Sitting service does not automatically entail that I stay in your home 24 hours a day and/or right next to your animals for 24 hours. If you require and/or expect that I, as a House Sitter, remain right next to your animals the entire time (+ or - sleeping time), you must tell me that before booking me for House Sitting. It is very rare that I accept or receive a 24-7 Constant Care House Sitting request, so all House Sitting requests are assumed to be part-time/regular (in which the Sitter can leave the property a few times daily during the stay). • 3B) I want to be clear that the only actual requirements for my House Sitting duties are: - that the animals on the booking have access to food and access to drinking water, -that the animals on the booking remain alive (excluding any natural, inevitable events) and don’t go missing, and - that the Pet Owner receives at least his/her bare minimum amount of updates per day during the House Sitting booking. The Pet Owner is responsible for telling me the least amount of updates he/she wants to receive daily during the stay, otherwise I will send at least 1 photo daily. I typically do clean the environment in the animals’ food/sleep/restroom areas (including floors, food/water bowls, and more) if I deem it too dirty or unpleasant for the animals, but this cleaning is not a requirement of my job. • 3C) If I accept a House Sitting request, that does not mean that I drop all of my other clients. 🐾 It is highly unlikely that I would drop my other clients just to perform a House Sitting booking. Please understand that I have multiple animals that I service, not just yours.🙂 • 3D) In the rare event that I choose to end an active House Sitting service early, you agree to allow me and/or Rover to search for another Rover House Sitter to replace me and you agree that I can leave the home as soon as the replacement Sitter arrives on the property. I am not obligated to search for a replacement dog walker or a replacement person to conduct Drop-In visits. ___ 4) OWNER BEHAVIOR/DOG BEHAVIOR 🎭 Micro-managing (in a negative, strange, uncomfortable way [which is defined solely by my own judgment]) is not tolerated. Please do not dehumanize me or Pet Care services could end immediately. Obsessive, meticulous, unnecessary behavior (which is defined solely by my own judgment) is not tolerated. 😃 — 5) EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO 🏥 & CONDITION OF ANIMAL The Pet Owner must provide emergency contact information to me directly in writing, otherwise I will select an animal hospital and/or veterinary of my choice through which the Pet Owner will be responsible for the cost of the bills in the event that the animal needs care and must be admitted for care. If you believe/suspect that your animal is or could be close to death due to old age and/or medical issues/diseases, you are required to inform me of this in writing before booking me. By moving forward with booking me, you agree that I am 100% not responsible for the death of any animal that occurs from aging and/or medical issues/diseases. The Pet Owner is responsible for providing me with an accurate and true written description of the animal’s current condition before the booking begins. I am not legally responsible for animals that are not listed on the booking. —- 6) IF YOU DON’T HEAR FROM ME BEFORE/DURING😳 If you are officially booked and already paid: If you do not hear from me before our booking or during an active booking, it’s likely because there’s something wrong and there’s likely an emergency 🚑 hindering me from communicating. I usually respond everyone before and during service. 🐾 —- 7) Weird things that I unfortunately have to say🫪: • 7A) I want to be clear that I am not a “babysitter” or a “nanny”, that animals are not humans, and that animals do not speak English. If you require 24-7/full-time care for your animal with very minimal-to-no leaving, you are responsible for telling me that before booking me. Most animals do not require 24-7 supervision. A 24-7 Constant Care booking could change the rate/price. My Communication with your animals can include clapping my hands, snapping my fingers, whistling, sign language, using varying tones and volumes of voice, and more as I see fit. This is because your animals, in fact, do not speak English and many animals require visual and/or audio communication due to deafness and/or blindness or lack of basic training and/or because this is what the animal responds to. • 7B) I am not psychic. I cannot read minds, unfortunately. It is the responsibility of the Pet Owner to notify me of anything that I do or don’t do that is not reaching his/her expectations. If the Pet Owner is not content or satisfied with the quality of my Pet Care services, this must be communicated to me immediately (during the service) so that I can either fix the issue or end the service. I am 100% not responsible for any discontent allegations if the Pet Owner continued confirming with me that everything for the pet care service was going good and that he/she was happy with the service he/she was receiving. • 7C) The owner of any dog that bites any person while such person is on or in a public place, or lawfully on or in a private place, including the property of the owner of the dog, is liable for damages suffered by persons bitten. Understand that you, the Pet Owner, could be responsible for the cost of medical bills in the event that your animal causes the Service Provider to get medical treatment after being bitten and/or attacked. • 7D) Petting the animal is not a requirement of my job. If an animal literally doesn’t let me and very clearly doesn’t want me to pet him or her, then obviously I won’t be able to pet the animal very often or maybe not at all. I won’t explicitly overstep an animal’s boundaries and I’m not going to risk getting hurt simply because the Pet Owner wants me to pet his/her animal. I, alone, have plenty of experience to know whether or not I can/should pet an animal at a given time and I won’t tolerate feeling forced or expected to give physical affection to an animal that has already bitten me (with or without drawing my blood from the bite), scratched me, is hissing at me, and/or very clearly doesn’t want to be touched. • 7E) I reserve the right to end any service at any time for any reason. In the rare event that an active House Sitting service ends early, you agree to allow me and/or Rover to search for another Rover House Sitter to replace me and you agree that I can leave the home as soon as the replacement Sitter arrives on the property. —- 8) ABOUT ME: (you’re not required to read section 8). 🙂 I graduated from the University of Texas with two Bachelor degrees. 😊 I worked as a Personal Trainer in various gym settings for about 7 years and helped people between the ages of 16-90 years old with hypertrophy, flexibility, body composition, and functionality/mobility (respectively). Overall, I have about 17 years of experience interacting with and being around many types of dogs and various types of animals. I wanna spend time with your pets!! 🤗 I grew up with many types of pets in my home for about 8 years- like iguanas 🦎 , bunny rabbits 🐇 , guinea pigs, fish 🐟 , big dogs (Golden retrievers/Golden Doodles/German Shepherds/Rotweilers), Small dogs (Jack Russel terriers, chihuahuas, schnauzers), cats 🐈 , snakes 🐍 , turtles, birds 🦜, etc. 😍 Some of my favorite dog breeds to hang out with are German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, and PitBulls! I do love big dogs. I love the work I do and I do the work I love. 🐾 I can provide affordable rates to help families in need and to make pet care an affordable/accessible option for people who genuinely need it. I am simply an animal lover who is capable of and wanting to walk dogs and hangout with animals. I do not walk on water All I ask for is Respect and Trust as I go above and beyond to serve your pets. Let’s see if it’s a good fit. 🤩 😊 🤗 😁 😎 🤓 🥳 🥰 😇 😳 😏 🤩 🤪 🤯 😱 🤠 😲 🤭 🤔 🤡 🤑 ☺️ 🥸 🥱

Elisha was wonderful on her first walk with the boys! She was very thorough about getting to know each of them, their personalities, and their individual needs before heading out. The boys took to her right away, which made me feel completely at ease. We just moved to Miami from NY, so it was very important to find our Wolfpack here. We’re so happy to have found her and are excited to have her as a regular walker! 🐾❤️

Terrible service, lacked communication in emergency situations, does not care for your pets as intended, does not deem it necessary to meet pets prior to visits & instructions were not followed. Would NOT recommend this sitter to anyone.

Just let me know. • Before you book me, you must inform me if you believe/suspect that your pet is or could be dying and/or close to dying due to aging and/or medical issues/diseases or any other causes. • Before you book me, you are responsible for telling me if any of the animals on the property have a history of biting/attacking a human, are aggressive, are dangerous, and/or may potentially attack/bite me.
