We did a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure my dogs would get along with her older dog, and it was obvious that she was a natural at dealing with different dog personalities. They just moved, and now have a nice backyard where the dogs can play and a screened in porch area. Their little girl is also great with the animals. We haven't used a pet sitter before so had hesitations and were feeling nervous but they really put us at ease and our little Gigi was extremely happy to be there, making herself at home very quickly. We had an amazing experience with David & Jiji! They are such a kind and welcoming family, and they took great care of Sheldon. He had a hard time adjusting at first, but they were incredibly patient, understanding, and made him feel comfortable. By the end of his stay, he didn’t even want to leave, which says everything about how loved and well cared for he was. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands.
Alexis made our Coco feel right at home! As a very picky eater, she can be a challenge, but they were incredibly patient and made sure she ate while accommodating all of her needs. Their communication was great and they kept us updated throughout her stay with photos and videos, which gave peace of mind. We also appreciated that they were able to accommodate our last-minute booking while still taking the time to properly introduce Coco to the other dogs before her stay. It was clear they genuinely cared about her comfort and safety. We highly recommend their services!
Marla was absolutely phenomenal! This was Shiloh's first time staying with someone that was not family. She was welcoming, attentive and extremely kind. We received multiple videos and pictures throughout the day. Natasha is awesome! So friendly and communicative. Her home is beautiful with plenty of space for my oversized doodles to sprawl out and relax. She also follows directions well, my boys have extremely sensitive stomachs and I can always tell when they eat something outside their strict diet of all natural foods and treats.
