Our puppy had the best time with David and Jiji! We were nervous to leave him as he is such a young puppy but they were so accommodating to our many requests and made us feel very at ease. They made sure to send so many photos throughout his stay so we always knew what he was up to and it was so nice to see him having fun and settling right into their house. They made sure he was comfortable, were always very responsive, and truly provided the 24/7 care that a young puppy needs. Would highly recommend using them and will definitely be using them again the next time we travel :)
Rosanne is an absolutely fantastic pet sitter. She recently kept our dog Samson for four nights while my husband and I went to my son’s wedding out of state. She had previously stopped in and helped care for him, but this was his first overnight. She truly exceeded all of my expectations. Receiving her photos, videos and updates while we were away was such a comfort. It was obvious that our Samson, who is unfamiliar with staying with pet sitters, was truly comfortable and safe. Despite his fear of thunderstorms, Rosanne did everything she could to make sure he felt safe in our absence, frankly going above & beyond. We cannot say enough good things about Sian. While we were out of the country, our dog Mia became sick, and Sian stepped up in every possible way. She took Mia to the animal hospital three days in a row, made her special meals, and carefully followed all medical instructions to make sure Mia got the treatment she needed. Through what was a really stressful time for us, Sian was calm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. Her own dog was gentle and friendly with Mia, which was a relief. We’re deeply grateful for her warmth, her responsibility, and her genuine love for the animals that she cares for. Jessica and her entire family were absolutely amazing with Zoe! We had Zoe stay with them for 2 weeks, and from the moment we dropped her off, we knew she was in great hands. We received daily pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. They were also wonderful about giving Zoe the medication she needed and made sure she stayed on her routine. She got daily walks, tons of cuddles, attention, and, clearly, A LOT of love! When we went to pick Zoe up, it honestly looked like she didn’t want to leave! 😂 She seemed like she was having so much fun with the whole family that I think she would have happily stayed a little longer. Alexis & Alejandro took such special care of my 2 babies while we were away. They were flexible and attentive. They sent pictures and videos daily and when my finicky pup wouldn’t eat because she was her nervous self and scared of thunder she asked my advice then even made homemade chicken & rice.
