Growing up with various dogs and cats, I have a deep understanding of how much love and attention is needed to care for each of them. I have extensive background in boarding, walking, and feeding, dogs of all ages and sizes. I’m also experienced with administering meds/formulas for cats and dogs, all ages.

This was my first experience with boarding a dog and, as far as I know, the first time for my senior rescue dog as well. Becca did a great job taking care of Larry, and keeping me updated with texts and pictures every day. I'm so glad everything worked out well and I would definitely recommend her home as the place to leave your best friend while you travel.
Becca is the best! She gives frequent updates and many great pictures . I know my dog is playing, and relaxing, and being well cared for!
My dog had a great stay with Becca. She made him feel at home in her home . I appreciated the many photos .

Schedule
I’m a part time pediatric nurse currently working for the School Board and have very flexible scheduling. I will always strive to maintain your pet on his/her usual schedule and willing to coordinate any specific needs your pet may have. Routines are important for cats/dogs and I want their care to be as stress-free as possible for them and you. :)

Safety, trust & environment
For boarding: I have a West Highland terrier, Casey, she’s well trained and socialized towards all animals. Clean, open yard with grass and a screened in porch with reinforced doggy door. There are safety locks on all the doors and your dog will always be leashed outside. All are welcomed to sleep in their beds, blankets, crates, our furniture, or anywhere they feel most comfortable. Safety is always a top priority for each service provided. I will communicate daily via lots of pictures (I love taking them!), messages on Rover, and calls if necessary.
Pets
A typical day
Dogs interacting with other dogs is very enriching and stimulating on its own, along with several other activities i can do with just me and your dog. We can lounge inside or out in our yard. We can go for jogs or walks around my neighborhood. We also have two dog-friendly parks with a nature trail within 1 mile of our home and we are frequent visitors of Barkham at Markham park. If your pup loves a kiddie pool we have one available in our backyard. I also love to give positive reinforcement with healthy treats during our daily activities!
