Alexis made our Coco feel right at home! As a very picky eater, she can be a challenge, but they were incredibly patient and made sure she ate while accommodating all of her needs. We also appreciated that they were able to accommodate our last-minute booking while still taking the time to properly introduce Coco to the other dogs before her stay. Jessie did a great job with my Yorkie/Maltese mix named Cookie. She struggles with separation anxiety, and is usually shaking and clinging when I pick her up after my vacations, but not with Jessie. She was nice and calm, while licking me and wagging her tail. There was no panicky behavior. I am going to book with him every time I leave town.
I cannot recommend her enough! She accepted Nala last minute without hesitation, which already meant a lot to me, and the experience exceeded all expectations. She was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and stayed in constant communication throughout Nala’s stay.
