I was a little nervous at first because Aline has a Golden Retriever—but he turned out to be the sweetest, most gentle dog, and honestly, a bit scared of my cat! It was adorable to see how he would run away when Lilly approached. Lilly has never been outside of our home or around other animals before, but Aline and her family made her feel so comfortable and right at home. Aline kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout the day, which really helped put my mind at ease. Even when my flight was delayed and I ended up picking Lilly up around 2 PM instead of the scheduled 11 AM, Aline was incredibly understanding and patient. She also agreed to a meet-and-greet beforehand—either at my home or hers—and I chose to visit her a week before the trip. That extra step helped both me and Lilly feel even more confident and prepared. I can honestly say I’ll be rebooking in the future. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, I believe your little one will love being with Aline just as much as mine did!”
