Hi, I’m Roxie! I’ve been surrounded by pets my entire life from cats and dogs to birds, fish, and even rodents. I absolutely love animals and have extensive experience with grooming, walking, feeding, and giving them plenty of love and attention. As a former volunteer at the SPCA and caretaker at Tri County Humane Society, I’ve worked with all kinds of furry (and feathered) friends, so your pet will be in great hands. With a flexible schedule as a work from home mom, I can easily accommodate your needs and make sure your pets receive the best care possible. My two little helpers, ages 11 and 12, will also assist me and might join us on walks, adding extra fun to the experience. To ensure the smooth operation of my business and to respect the schedules of all my clients, I have an updated policy in place: • I will now be enforcing a late fee for pickups beyond the 10-minute grace period. If your pickup exceeds this time, a daycare fee will be applied. • If your pet is not picked up by 2:00 PM, the full boarding fee will be charged. Timely pickups allow me to provide the best care for every pet and keep my schedule running smoothly. • For the safety and well-being of all pets, owners will not be allowed inside the home during drop-off or pick-up. This helps maintain a calm environment, reduces stress for the pets, prevents the potential risk of pets running away and allows me to focus fully on their care. • Please bring all necessary items your pet will need, including food, medications, toys, and bedding. Any special instructions for food or medications should be discussed via Rover Chat and added to your pet’s profile prior to drop-off. • Pets, bedding, and blankets should be clean. This helps maintain a clean environment for all pets in my care. If your pet arrives with an unpleasant odor or in need of a bath, a bathing fee will be applied. Keeping pets clean ensures that everyone can enjoy a safe, healthy, and playful environment.
