I was relieved when Neusa said she was available to take care of my two cats, Reese and Pumpkin on short notice. Again, Neusa followed all instructions to a tee and took excellent care of my cats as if they were her own. For example, she was attentive to Reese’s needs as a senior kitty and supervised mealtime so that 3-year-old Pumpkin did not steal Reese’s food as Reese tends to eat slowly. She has a genuine love for cats and understands their needs! She made sure the kitties got some much needed play time too. As before, Neusa was respectful of my home and left the place clean and in better condition than she found it. She is highly professional, punctual, responds promptly to all communications, and is attentive to details, which helped me feel at ease and comfortable knowing my cats were safe and had loving care in my absence. I was a little nervous to leave the pets as I have never left them overnight before but they were in the absolute best hands with Daniel. He really went above and beyond to care for my dog and cats and they were all very happy when we came home. He kept me updated throughout the day, sent pics and really gave them so much love. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
