About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, kitties, any animal i can get a hold of ever since i could remember. I love feeling apart of the family, being relied on to do walks, take to vet, dog groomers, pick up& drop offs i currently have a completely open schedule which makes this more exciting for me, open for days-nights- weekends. About: At 19, I adopted my first puppy, Sophie. She was a Shepherd Mix with deceptively small paws and a calm demeanor. Time would later reveal her to be very hyperactive, loud and 100+ lbs of pure loyalty and love. The unit is about 1000 sq. ft. and sits above a utility room - so it can definitely accommodate your pet’s post-dinner zoomies. I was relieved when Neusa said she was available to take care of my two cats, Reese and Pumpkin on short notice. Again, Neusa followed all instructions to a tee and took excellent care of my cats as if they were her own. For example, she was attentive to Reese’s needs as a senior kitty and supervised mealtime so that 3-year-old Pumpkin did not steal Reese’s food as Reese tends to eat slowly. She has a genuine love for cats and understands their needs! She made sure the kitties got some much needed play time too. As before, Neusa was respectful of my home and left the place clean and in better condition than she found it. She is highly professional, punctual, responds promptly to all communications, and is attentive to details, which helped me feel at ease and comfortable knowing my cats were safe and had loving care in my absence. I was a little nervous to leave the pets as I have never left them overnight before but they were in the absolute best hands with Daniel. He really went above and beyond to care for my dog and cats and they were all very happy when we came home. He kept me updated throughout the day, sent pics and really gave them so much love. My dog looked like he lost his best friend today waiting for Daniel to come. I would absolutely use Daniel again, and recommend him to anyone looking for great care for your babies.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
