It was adorable to see how he would run away when Lilly approached. Lilly has never been outside of our home or around other animals before, but Aline and her family made her feel so comfortable and right at home. I was relieved when Neusa said she was available to take care of my two cats, Reese and Pumpkin on short notice. Again, Neusa followed all instructions to a tee and took excellent care of my cats as if they were her own. For example, she was attentive to Reese’s needs as a senior kitty and supervised mealtime so that 3-year-old Pumpkin did not steal Reese’s food as Reese tends to eat slowly. She has a genuine love for cats and understands their needs! She made sure the kitties got some much needed play time too. As before, Neusa was respectful of my home and left the place clean and in better condition than she found it. She is highly professional, punctual, responds promptly to all communications, and is attentive to details, which helped me feel at ease and comfortable knowing my cats were safe and had loving care in my absence. I was a little nervous to leave the pets as I have never left them overnight before but they were in the absolute best hands with Daniel. He really went above and beyond to care for my dog and cats and they were all very happy when we came home. He kept me updated throughout the day, sent pics and really gave them so much love. My dog looked like he lost his best friend today waiting for Daniel to come. I would absolutely use Daniel again, and recommend him to anyone looking for great care for your babies.
