“Words can not express how grateful I am to Justin, literally came to help us out even though it was last minute due to an emergency without an introduction to our dogs & he absolutely was Amazing ! Our dogs are friendly but their big dogs so many sitters in the past don’t have the patience or don’t follow instructions, Justin communicated if he had questions & felt comfortable, even made sure the dogs will be taken care care and comfortable until we got home. I even asked him if he can stay longer and he accepted without hesitation, I hope everyone knows that you can count on him and meeting a sitter like him it’s so rare & we will definitely be contacting him again for the future 😊 Thank you again !”

“Caleigh was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of our two cats, checking on them every day, feeding them, refreshing their water, playing with them, and making sure everything was perfect before she left. She was incredibly communicative, sent the sweetest photos and updates, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We would happily book her again and highly recommend her.”

“We are really afraid to leave our menagerie with people and let people in our home. Kimberly was fantastic! All the “kids” instantly liked her. She was on time, completed two separate walks and cleaned the kitchen after feeding. Will refusal her again!”

About: Hi there, my names rose. I have cared and catered towards many animals what feels like the entirety of my life, and I’ve always had a passion for such. I have a dog of my own, he is a pure havanese and is approaching his elderly years. He has been with me since birth and I practically consider him as my child. I also occasionally take care of my mother’s animals when I visit and I’ve definitely grown a relationship with all of her fur babies. She has 6 pomeranians and two domestic shorthair cats. They all individually have their own little routines and quirkes to them which i truly adore. I am very punctual and patient so I assure you that your pet will be given the most attentive, loving care. I strive to become a professional dog/cat groomer within the upcoming year while I am in school for pet grooming and I hope to be able to work for animals if not the entirety, the majority of my lifetime. I am currently dedicating my time towards pet grooming school, as I have a completely flexible schedule as a part time student, I have nearly complete open availability on weekdays and weekends. Each week does vary but due to my flexibility, I can and am absolutely willing to accommodate to your needs. I will assure your wants and needs for your pet are my top priority within your home to keep you and your pet as comfortable and safe as possible. I will make sure to keep your pet occupied with long walks and loving play.
“Emily was great with my cat! I was nervous to leave her as I had never used Rover, but my experience was a pleasant one. Emily is wonderful with communication, keeping you posted on how your fur baby is doing, and you can tell she cares. Clover says thank you for taking care of her!”

“Being my first time away from my pet, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I did with Aleanna. She was kind and responsive with my initial questions and eased my concerns throughout the process. She followed my instructions perfectly and provided sweet updates with every visit. Will definitely request her services in the future.”

“Kimberly was absolutely amazing, super highly recommend! ⭐️ She took care of our two cats, Alexander & Maya while my husband and I were out of town. Since the moment we met her, we knew she was going to be great with our fur babies! She sent many pictures and videos and we could definitely tell our kitties loved her! I was able to enjoy my trip worry free because I knew they were in good hands.🤍🤍 Thank you so much, Kimberly!! We’ll 100% book with you again!”

I had such a wonderful experience with Kimberly. She was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and responsive, and she took such great care of my Kitty while I was away. I loved receiving pictures and updates, which gave me peace of mind knowing my kitty was well cared for. I would definitely recommend her and will absolutely book with her again!

We used Roxane a second time for our cat Toto - she took great care of him again, we could tell Toto was now well familiar with her and also was quite happy when we got home (vs grumpy like he has been before). We will def ask Roxane again for future trips!

Caleigh was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of our two cats, checking on them every day, feeding them, refreshing their water, playing with them, and making sure everything was perfect before she left. She was incredibly communicative, sent the sweetest photos and updates, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We would happily book her again and highly recommend her.

This was my first time ever doing this and Eduardo was very nice to my cat and followed all instructions. Kept in touch and also cleaned the litter box and fed my cat everyday. I was also sent multiple pictures of my cat daily. Would have his services again. 👍👍👍

Elmira was our cat sitter for two full weeks while we were out of the country. As a first-time Rover user, I was initially quite anxious, but Elmira quickly put us at ease with her professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail. She communicated wonderfully throughout our trip with clear and timely updates that made us feel confident everything was going well at home. She went above and beyond our expectations. When we returned, our cats were visibly happy, healthy, and well cared for. It was such a relief! We wouldn’t hesitate to book Elmira again and will definitely be reaching out for any future cat-sitting needs.

We had a great experience with Wendy. She came on time every day, twice a day, and took wonderful care of our cat. She made sure she was fed, cleaned the litter regularly, and spent time playing with her so she never felt lonely. She also sent us pictures and updates during our trip, which really gave us peace of mind. On top of that, she kindly brought in our mail and packages while we were away. We truly felt our cat and home were in safe, caring hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful pet sitter.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
