About: While I’m new to offering pet-care services through Rover, I bring more than 12 years of hands-on animal-care experience. For walks, I’ll follow your instructions regarding equipment, pace, and interactions with other animals. For cat boarding, we’ll review the routine and communication schedule before drop-off. I’ll secure your home and reset any alarm or security system according to your instructions before leaving.

About: At 19, I adopted my first puppy, Sophie. She was a Shepherd Mix with deceptively small paws and a calm demeanor. Time would later reveal her to be very hyperactive, loud and 100+ lbs of pure loyalty and love. Unfortunately, she also suffered from seizures at an early age and the medication was not easy on her body. Suffice to say that I adopted a lot more that day, and I would never change a thing. We learned and grew so much with each other in her short 12 years. My current schedule is relatively open and allows for availability when I (or your pet) needs it. My weekday schedule is very flexible and allows for change accordingly. I’m also available weekends and holidays. I live on the first floor of my very dog friendly apartment building. The unit is about 1000 sq. ft. and sits above a utility room - so it can definitely accommodate your pet’s post-dinner zoomies. I don’t have a closed in yard but I live near a park that has a path so most dogs enjoy walks there. Additionally, I have a large, metal crate available if needed.
About: I have experience living with about 5 cats total and caring for multiple new born kittens and dogs of all ages for a few years. I was relieved when Neusa said she was available to take care of my two cats, Reese and Pumpkin on short notice. Again, Neusa followed all instructions to a tee and took excellent care of my cats as if they were her own. For example, she was attentive to Reese’s needs as a senior kitty and supervised mealtime so that 3-year-old Pumpkin did not steal Reese’s food as Reese tends to eat slowly. She has a genuine love for cats and understands their needs! She made sure the kitties got some much needed play time too. As before, Neusa was respectful of my home and left the place clean and in better condition than she found it. She is highly professional, punctual, responds promptly to all communications, and is attentive to details, which helped me feel at ease and comfortable knowing my cats were safe and had loving care in my absence. Never have enough good things to say about Stefanie! We have used her to watch our three cats many times now and she always does such an amazing job. I was a little nervous to leave the pets as I have never left them overnight before but they were in the absolute best hands with Daniel. He really went above and beyond to care for my dog and cats and they were all very happy when we came home. He kept me updated throughout the day, sent pics and really gave them so much love.
