About: I have two dogs of my own and also had two other dogs that I’ve taken care of since I was 8 years old. Dogs love me…I love them. I’m very reliable and understand wanting things done exactly the way you want for your pup! I’m specific when it comes to my dogs. Currently I have pretty open availability throughout the week, and I am able to work around my schedule to accommodate you. Right now I’m very flexible. I do not have a backyard or a very dog friendly house, because I have two older dogs. So I won’t be watching dogs at my house, just walking and visiting. Or even extended hangout time!

I was relieved when Neusa said she was available to take care of my two cats, Reese and Pumpkin on short notice. Again, Neusa followed all instructions to a tee and took excellent care of my cats as if they were her own. For example, she was attentive to Reese’s needs as a senior kitty and supervised mealtime so that 3-year-old Pumpkin did not steal Reese’s food as Reese tends to eat slowly. She has a genuine love for cats and understands their needs! She made sure the kitties got some much needed play time too. As before, Neusa was respectful of my home and left the place clean and in better condition than she found it. She is highly professional, punctual, responds promptly to all communications, and is attentive to details, which helped me feel at ease and comfortable knowing my cats were safe and had loving care in my absence. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
