“Nutt saved the day again! We have just moved to a new house and in the midst of unpacking and settling in we suddenly had a very last minute 4 day trip; I barely had time to pack my clothes and find a hotel and as you may imagine, terrified of not finding someone to look after our cats on such short notice! Well, within 5 minutes of contacting Nutt she confirmed she was available and within 10 minutes I had booked her services on Rover! She reassured me and told me to enjoy my trip and, as there was no time to show her around the new house, she was happy to see a short video I took on my phone, explaining the layout and where everything was. We are now back and our cats are happy and healthy and I was able to have peace of mind in an otherwise hectic situation. I received daily pictures and reports from Nutt and she was even kind enough to prop a small footstool against a door which the cats had pushed closed and was blocking the view of our pet cameras so that it wouldn’t happen again!
