Hi 👋🏻 my name is Spirit. I have been working with animals for many years now. I have several pets of my own and have worked in rescue the past few years. I would love the opportunity to take care of yours. I love cuddling and sharing my love with all animals. I love seeing their unique personalities! When I am in care of your precious fur babies, I will keep you updated with pictures and will always ask questions.

She was amazing! She accepted my booking request last minute, which was incredibly helpful, and took great care of my cats during the drop-in visits. She also sent the cutest/funniest updates, which gave me peace of mind and made being away from them so much easier. I’d definitely book with her again!

Spirit was absolutely incredible!! We have never felt more comfortable on a trip knowing that our dogs were in such great hands. Spirit sent constant updates and photos which we loved. She was very communicative and had great attention to detail. She’s super sweet and caring, our dogs got lots of love and cuddles, I’m sure they already miss her! Thank you Spirit for going above and beyond, we’re so grateful for everything you did <3

If you would like someone who's heart is into taking care of your pet(s), hire Spirit. She is patient, kind, and genuinely cares about animals. We had our meet and greet, and she was not at all rushed. She identified with each one of our cats (4) right away. Then, at the last minute, one of our cats got sick and needed pills and eye drops administered. Spirit was willing and able to treat him, allowing us to go with confidence. She communicated on every visit and sent pics. Thank you Spirit. You gave us the peace of mind to be able to leave our little ones, and our home, in your care.

Schedule

work from home full-time, which allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. My meeting schedule is light, and I have the flexibility to step away as needed for potty breaks, walks, playtime, feedings, or extra cuddles. Pets in my care are never treated like an afterthought — I intentionally structure my day so their needs are prioritized and their routines stay consistent. Whether boarding in my home or house sitting in yours, I follow the guidelines you provide closely. I understand these are your family members, and maintaining their normal schedule helps them feel safe and secure. My large home offers multiple spaces for lounging and enrichment, and when staying in your home, I respect your space while ensuring your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and relaxed in their own environment. Meet and greets are perfect to ensure you feel 100% secure trusting me with your pets in your home or my home. 🚨 Last Minute? Message me! We can set up a FaceTime/video call through the app so you can feel completely comfortable. I’m always happy to help in a crunch when availability allows.

Safety, trust & environment

🏡 House Sitting I work remotely full-time as a Quality Assurance Engineer and have been with the same company for 17 years. Because I work from home, I’m able to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. Your pets are never left for extended periods, and I structure my schedule intentionally to ensure reliable, dependable care while you’re away. 🐾 Drop-In Visits With my flexible work-from-home schedule, I can offer up to three drop-ins per day: • Before 8 AM • Midday • After 5 PM I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. If you’re in a bind, message me — I genuinely try to help when I can. 🐶 Boarding I have several repeat clients who choose boarding with me. I have two small dogs under 10 lbs and one older medium dog (she’s just a little chunky 😉). All are Chihuahua mixes and rescues. Over the years, my home has welcomed more than 40 furry friends. Because of my experience socializing animals, I’m very intentional about maintaining a calm, balanced environment. I accept dogs under 40 pounds to keep the dynamic safe and manageable. My pups: • Chalupa – 9 lb Chiweenie - 3 Years Old • Kam – 25 lb Kelpie/Chihuahua mix - 12 Years Old • Brownie – 11 lb Chiweenie - 2 Years Old All of my pets are fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and well-socialized. I also have cats in my home. They are accustomed to dogs and typically coexist peacefully, but I always like to be transparent about that.

Pets

A typical day

My day starts at 7 AM with morning walks, breakfast, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and plenty of love and “good mornings” for everyone in the house. I like beginning the day with structure so the pets feel settled, cared for, and ready for a calm routine. I begin my remote workday around 8 AM and typically log off at 4 PM. I work in the EdTech space as a Quality Assurance Engineer, which means I’m detail-oriented, observant, and consistent by nature. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to step away for walks, potty breaks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day so pets continue receiving attention and care, not just morning and evening interaction.

One question I’m often asked is who cares for my own pets when I’m away. I have an 20-year-old son who works alongside me in rescue and is very involved in caring for our animals. He’s experienced, responsible, and fully capable of managing the household while I’m house sitting. I do like to check in on my own animals daily, and I keep my service radius within 7 miles of my home. This means I’m never gone for more than a few hours at a time unless we’ve discussed and agreed otherwise. My schedule is structured intentionally so your pets continue to receive consistent, attentive care while I maintain balance at home.
