If your pickup exceeds this time, a daycare fee will be applied. • If your pet is not picked up by 2:00 PM, the full boarding fee will be charged. Timely pickups allow me to provide the best care for every pet and keep my schedule running smoothly. • For the safety and well-being of all pets, owners will not be allowed inside the home during drop-off or pick-up. This helps maintain a calm environment, reduces stress for the pets, prevents the potential risk of pets running away and allows me to focus fully on their care. • Please bring all necessary items your pet will need, including food, medications, toys, and bedding. Any special instructions for food or medications should be discussed via Rover Chat and added to your pet’s profile prior to drop-off. • Pets, bedding, and blankets should be clean. This helps maintain a clean environment for all pets in my care. If your pet arrives with an unpleasant odor or in need of a bath, a bathing fee will be applied. Keeping pets clean ensures that everyone can enjoy a safe, healthy, and playful environment. From Monday to Friday, I can walk your furbabies between 9 AM and 2 PM.
