Small Dogaholic & Love all animals!
I'm a dog lover and people person interested in helping out other dog-friendly members of my community. I work from home, so I can spend a ton of time watching your precious pooch. I specialize in caring for small dogs and understand the anxieties that small dog owners go through when looking for a sitter. I own two young yorkies and an active but older German Shepherd who thinks she is a yorkie myself. They are extremely pampered and your dog will be too! I realize the importance and need for fellow small dog owners to know that their tiny dogs are protected, safe, and well cared for. I know there are many special accommodations that need to be provided for our little fur babies. I was raised on a farm, so I have had experience with all animals. Growing up around so many different animals is what inspired me to be a dog sitter. I have a natural love for animals and will treat any in my care just like my very own. This is the second time we have had Christina watch Bernie and We are beyond grateful for her. She connected with our sweet boy so well and he was excited to see her again. She’s so easy going and keeps us in the loop every couple hours. It made it so our vacation was completely stress free and he had lots of love and play time. We couldn’t be more happy with everything she’s done. We will definitely be booking Christina again when we need to travel! 20/10!
Christina far exceeds all expectations when it comes to watching my senior pup, Atlas. With him having many health issues, I am the biggest helicopter mom ever and hate when I need to leave him for work. I always leave a long list of nitpicky things for Christina to do and she ALWAYS ensures that he is properly watched over with the utmost care. Christina is always super adaptable, great with last minute requests, very early morning drop offs, you name it! She truly has gone above and beyond to help me. The first time Atlas met Christina he instantly took to her - and he's a dog who generally doesn't care for strangers! As a dog person, you can always recognize another life-long dog lover and Atlas certainly agrees <3 Thank you so much Christina, I hope you never leave the area ha!
An exceptional experience for my 1yr old puppy!! He had never been around other dogs. Christina was very understanding with being our dogs first time at doggy day care. She made the process very easy for me and our dog. Her home is very loving and has a few other dogs for ours to socialize with. I highly recommend booking her house. You and your dogs will love it!!! We plan on returning.
My dog enjoyed staying with Christina overnight. She provided updates and photos throughout her stay.

Schedule
I work part-time and study from home. I occasionally have appointments outside of the home and run typical errands but prefer to keep as close to home as possible to ensure everyone is safe and happy.

I have a fenced yard and a swimming pool. Dogs are never outside unsupervised. Their safety is my priority. My home is very dog friendly. Pets are separated during feeding times to avoid any food aggression issues.
Pets
A typical day
When your dog stays with me we will spend time snuggling in my home office with me, perhaps on my desk if they are comfortable with that with my crew. They love other dogs and will be happy to teach your pup how to go "Lizard Huntin'" on the patio. On hot days we would blow up our kiddie pool and do some splashing to keep cool. If your dog likes walks we would go for a nice long walk on leash or in the stroller and have everyone in the neighborhood oooh and ahhh over these adorable pups I have in my care. In the evening we would wind down and snuggle on the sofa together and watch a little Animal Planet together.
