“Michaela is the best! Great communication, friendly and trustworthy. She is very attentive to the needs of your pet and it’s evident that she truly enjoys getting to know them. A real gem !”

“Julie did a great job! She took care of our 2 dogs and 1 cat without missing a drop in visit. She sent us great pictures of our pups and kitty so we knew they were doing well while we were away. All three of the pets were in a great mood when we got home and hadn't made a mess at all. Definitely recommend Julie for pet-care in the future!”

About: Hi there! My name is Aubree, and I’m a true animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, snuggles, or keeping up with special routines, I make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I am currently a college student who is trying to find a way to make some extra money throughout the weekend/week. I tend to have a lot of time gaps between classes. For walks, I adjust to each dog’s needs and energy level. Whether your pup loves a long, fast-paced walk or a slower sniff-around-the-block kind of stroll, I’ll make sure they get the exercise and fresh air they need. Safety is always my priority, so I keep a close eye on surroundings, use secure leashes, and give them my full attention throughout the walk. Of course, I’ll also send you updates and photos so you know how much fun your dog is having!
“Julia was so nice and super responsive. She send the check in cards with no delay and went the extra mile to check in on Tobi in her own time because she didn’r want him to be alone for too long. I 100% recommend her to look after your fur babies!”

“My cats, who are very finicky with new people loved Kateryna. She gave them lots of love and attention and they responded so well to her. She was very conscience, reliable and affectionate. She is a great find to take care of my kitties while I'm away.”

About: I have the biggest heart for animals. I grew up with a golden retriever and 3 cats, but have been surrounded by friends and family’s animals my whole life. Many people in my town back home will have me walk their pups, stop in and let them out, and trust me to stay with their furry friends for days at a time. I have a very open class schedule so I am able to be very flexible and all over the place when it comes to to pet care I am still working on a solution to how I can keep pets in my apartment. But I am happy to stay as long as needed in homes to keep their pup company. I can so quick drop in visits or stay for a lengthy amount of time. I’d love to bring these dogs to the beach or on a walk on some trails!

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and absolutely love caring for them! I have a Goldendoodle, a calico cat, and I am a mom of two guinea pigs who are six years old. I’ve cared for dogs of all personalities and regularly babysit my best friend’s dachshund. I’ve always had a huge passion for animals and even dreamed of becoming a veterinarian or marine biologist growing up. I’m responsible, patient, loving, and attentive, and I treat every pet like they’re my own! I’m a college student with classes mainly in the early morning, so I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting during the day, as well as overnight stays. I’m generally available on weekdays after 12 PM, except Mondays are free completely for me, and I have plenty of time to give pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. I always want pets to feel safe and comfortable for while their owners are away. In my home, I live in an apartment with a large, gated outdoor area where pets can safely get exercise and enjoy walks. In a client’s home, I would follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I’m also very respectful of people’s homes and will make sure everything is left clean and secure.

I have a genuine love to get to know and care for each animal as they need. I have expertise with pets of all ages and needs and can't wait to grow a bond with yours! I am currently an online student at FAU, since I take online my school work will not interfere with care. I am in the process of getting a part time job but it will only be for a few hours a day. Therefore, no animal will be left alone for more than a few hours. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. About: Hi! I’m a college student at FAU, originally from NJ. I have 2 dogs of my own (boxers) and have grown up around animals my whole life such as cats, dogs, and even reptiles! I have a dog who requires seizure medication and a senior dog with hip issues who requires medication and extra assistance from time to time. Therefore, I am experienced with making sure your pet receives any medication or any extra assistance they may need. Being so far away from my pets has been hard. I would love to take care of and meet your pets! I am currently a college student with about 1 class a day Monday-Friday. I have lacrosse on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every once in awhile Saturdays for 2 hours. I am able to come and take care of/let out your pets anytime besides the few hours I am preoccupied. I have had experience with dogs (specifically big dogs) for the past 10 years and am well knowledged on the proper care needed. I take my dogs (2 boxers) on walks frequently and feed them/give them their medicine. I have a senior dog with hip issues who requires medication and extra assistance jumping on furniture and requires short walks. My other dog experiences seizures and is given medication daily to prevent them as well as medication to stop them when they are occurring. Besides dogs, I have a couple years of experience living with and taking care of cats. I also have grown up with reptiles!!

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Highland Beach
Stella was an absolute lifesaver! Our original sitter canceled just a week before our vacation, and she stepped in and went above and beyond. She took such amazing care of our two cats, spending time playing with them and making sure they felt loved while we were gone. We received photos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would 100% recommend her! 🐾💛

Olivia took such great care of my cats while I was away for the weekend! Cats were fed & played with & I got lots of cute pics of them. She was able to administer meds for my anxious kitty which was such a relief for me. She went above & beyond to make them comfortable & let them warm up without rushing. I definitely recommend Olivia's services & I will definitely book again.

Alexandra did great watching my cat Artie! I was so thankful she could watch him because it was a last minute request. I also had a long list of instructions because I am a little bit of a crazy cat mom and Alexandra followed them all without issue which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Thank you Alexandra!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
