“This is the second time I boarded Snow and Fluffy with Thomas. As always, they had a ball of a time on his beautiful big backyard. Thomas adores both my dogs so much. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cut our trip short and end the boarding early, but Thomas helped get us some refund by initiating a request with Rover himself which I really really appreciate. Absolutely amazing! This was my first time leaving my one year old Sofia and was a bit nervous. They were wonderful. They sent me photos daily. Sophia was having a wonderful time with the other dogs. She actually came back better behaved lol, if anything I guess being with the other dogs and those wonderful people taking such amazing care of her, I will use them over and over again highly recommend them.
Mellisa was amazing having never use Rover we were very hesitant in the beginning. After our initial meeting so comfortable leaving her baby with her for seven days. First time in four years we left her with someone. Through her constant contact and updates from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Now my wife and I are looking forward to our next trip
Daniza was absolutely amazing! She watched my 2 mini doxies for a full month while I was in Japan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. During that time they went into heat for the first time, but she handled everything with so much care and patience. When I picked them up, they were clean, happy, and their bed was spotless. Felipe was absolutely wonderful. I had never used rover before so I was really nervous about leaving my baby with someone else. Nikki felt so safe and comfortable with him, Felipe was so flexible and accommodating to my crazy last minute request. This is the second time we have had Christina watch Bernie and We are beyond grateful for her. She connected with our sweet boy so well and he was excited to see her again. She’s so easy going and keeps us in the loop every couple hours. It made it so our vacation was completely stress free and he had lots of love and play time. Maria was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Luna. We were in town for a work conference and needed daytime care for two days — and she made the entire experience smooth, easy, and stress-free. Communication was perfect from start to finish. She was always responsive, met us downstairs for drop-off and pick-up, and kept us updated throughout the day with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Luna is a very emotional dog and doesn’t do well being left alone or around other pets, and Maria handled her with so much patience and care.
