We had another great experience with Natalia. She watched our 8 month puppy Lola for 10 days in her home while we were out of town. She gave great updates and pics to assure us Lola was in good hands and having a great time. Thanks again Natalia!

Natalia showed up on time for both visits and was very responsive. She gave great updates and pics. Our dog looked happy and we will definitely be using Natalia again for future visit's.

Natalia was amazing!! Our pups were super happy with her & I know we’re super loved. They came back happy as can be and she kept us updated the whole time. Will be using her again! :)

Natalia is so sweet. She listens to everything I need for my dog. Bamboo is feeling comfortable and likes her. Her house has a cute backyard for my dog to go out to do her business. I will definitely book her again.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Natalia! She babysat and cared for my dog for a few days, and she treated him like he was her own. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such caring and loving hands. She made sure to take him on walks, gave him so much attention, and constantly kept me updated with pictures and messages, which meant so much to me while I was away. Seeing how happy and comfortable he was truly gave me peace of mind. I was happy to find Natalia due to her proximity and positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to expectations. I initially booked pet sitting for my puppy for a networking event that I ultimately could not attend. Prior to booking, I had mentioned another networking event the following week. When I informed her that I no longer needed the first booking, she was understanding and offered to apply the amount already paid toward the later service. In the meantime, I asked whether she could watch my puppy so I could attend a workout class over Memorial Day weekend. After she confirmed availability, I booked the class. However, when I arrived to drop Puck off, I was turned away at the gate after waiting behind several cars because Natalia had not left my name with the guard and did not answer when they attempted to call to verify. I did not receive a response from her until approximately three hours later, at which point she offered a refund. More concerning was that when I asked her to confirm whether she would still watch my puppy for the later networking event, she didn’t even respond until days later. When she finally did respond, it was to tell me that she was dogsitting another dog, despite our arrangement having been made about a week in advance. This left me scrambling to find an alternative with less than 48 hours’ notice. My concern is not the mistake itself, but the lack of communication and reliability. If you are depending on pet sitting so you can attend work obligations, travel, or other scheduled commitments, reliability matters.
