We received picture updates each morning and never had to request them. She made sure our dog got along with the other dogs and reported back on his behavior. Very grateful to have found them. I have used other Rover sitters in the past for boarding our dog, however this is the first time a sitter has posted pictures and videos on a daily basis showing me how my dog was doing without me having to ask. I hate posting such good reviews because if and when I need to use Abdul in the future I don't want him to be so booked he can not watch my dog again but I highly recommend him for anyone that needs a dog sitter or boarding. Anytime I sent a message prior to boarding or during the boarding time he always responded in a timely manner.
We left our 10year old lab, who isn’t used to dog sitters, with Natasha for 8 nights. A few days before we dropped him off, she suggested a meet and greet, which was so nice and it went well. She was high communicative and sent us pictures. Gunner got to go swimming and they played fetch with him — his two most favorite things! They took great care of him! Excited to use her again the next time we’re out of town!
Emily was absolutely amazing! She watched our two dachshunds, London and Monty, over the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the moment we dropped them off, we felt totally comfortable knowing they were in great hands. She sent plenty of updates and pictures, and it was clear she really cared about their happiness and comfort. Both dogs came back happy, well cared for, and totally relaxed.
