We did a meet and greet before boarding to make sure everything was a good fit, and Lady, who is normally a very anxious dog, seemed super comfortable right away and immediately started exploring the space. Arlen sent daily pictures and was very accommodating throughout the stay. My flight was canceled the day I was supposed to pick Lady up, and Arlen truly saved the day by being flexible and able to continue accommodating her. It spared me the added stress of worrying about boarding plans while already dealing with the stress of canceled travel. I would absolutely book with him again.”

“If I could give Carmel more than 5 stars, I would! This was my first time leaving my dog with Rover as my normal dog sitter cancelled last minute before my vacation. I frantically booked Carmel (based on reviews) and I will be using Carmel from here on out for dog sitting/dog boarding. She was so nice in allowing a meet and greet prior to booking. This meeting allowed me to feel a huge sense of relief in knowing my dog would be cared for and absolutely spoiled! She was so nice and sweet and sent several pictures and updates all throughout the day. Her house and backyard is truly a dogs paradise. She walked my dog several times a day and I truly didn’t think my dog would ever want to leave. My flight back home was cancelled and she was so accommodating and helpful by allowing me to pick up my dog a day later than originally planned for. Gregory was excellent for Gizmo's stay. It was nice to have a meet up prior to the stay to ensure she got along with his dog, and he sent photos and updates about how she was doing throughout her stay. He was also flexible with our travel delays, etc, which was much appreciated!
Adrian took such great care of Cash while I was away for a week. She sent daily pictures and updates, which really gave me peace of mind and made it easy to stay connected. From everything she sent, I could tell Cash felt right at home and was really happy. Helen was incredibly loving, communicative, and willing to adjust to the changes we needed. She sent photos and messages more than once a day, even detailing what my dog had been doing that day, how he had playing with her son and her husband, and how well he was eating. It was very evident that he was in happy and at ease with Helen. And Helen was able to handle my “sweet angel,” who just happens to jump and pull when walked.
