Our senior dog was so well taken care of — Ariel made sure he received all of his medications, got regular exercise suited to his needs, and, most importantly, was surrounded by love. It brought us so much comfort knowing he was safe, happy, and even making new friends while we handled such a painful situation. About: Over the years I've helped friends and family with medically needy pets step away for what ever reason. Cats can be pretty tricky, I've got 3 of my own that have been through surgeries and illnesses. I'm not a vet tech but I'm experienced and comfortable administering a variety of treatments including insulin injections, pill regiments, eye drops/skin ointments and subq fluids. Leaving town with a pet can be stressful, especial one that needs specialized care. I can help.

I’m friendly, attentive, and love staying active so If your pet needs high-energy walks or outdoor adventures, we’ll have a great time together. I also offer last minute accommodations as I work 2 minutes away and can check in on your pets at anytime! Part time on the weekdays but can easily check in on pets. Full day availability Friday through Sundays. I can accommodate late pick ups or next days. I live in an apartment so ideally you’re pet is small and needs loving tender care in a small space. Ready and willing to be able to give multiple walks. Potty training is not required.

Along with my babies, I’ve volunteered with a rescue, Good Karma Pet Rescue of South Florida, fostering 20+ cats into new homes. Some kittens/cats were strays, caught by myself and supported by my family. My cat is a foster failure after being given up. I know puppy and kitten care from as early as 2-3 weeks. I work from home and have a lot of time to take breaks to tend to pet care while staying active throughout my working schedule. The days I go into the office (2x a week) I only work for 5 hours so have flexibility to come back to take care of pet needs. If your pet is staying in my home, I do ask that they be crate trained, as I have cats and want to ensure everyone’s safety if I need to step out. That said, if your pet is well-behaved around cats, I’m completely comfortable letting them sleep outside of the crate and making them feel right at home.

About: My 1st Dog, a German Shepard, Bert was born 2 weeks after I was, a puppy of my parents litter and had grew up with him till I was 13 yrs old. I always wanted to be a vet and by the time I was 5 years old had my own Rabbits and Hamsters. In my early teens we got another German Shepard, I go my 1st Ferret and we had acquired a cat Smokey :) With my love of animals shortly after as I was out of High School, I started working at a vet clinic at the age of 19 as a vet assistant, and worked as a full time vet tech for another 6 years, then working part-time for another 15 years, once moving to south Florida, I worked part time training dogs. I have raised and adopted my fair share of Dogs (as large as a Great Dane), Ferrets, and cats. Now living in South Florida I am a single parent of a 4 year old Dogo Argentino. I miss working with animals, making those connections and an impact on their life. About: I get along with all fur babies!! I have been taking care of fur babies for as long as I can remember. I love getting to know their personalities and figuring out what makes them wag! About: My family has two dogs and a cat I’ve cared for like my children! Along with my babies, I’ve volunteered with a rescue, Good Karma Pet Rescue of South Florida, fostering 20+ cats into new homes. Some kittens/cats were strays, caught by myself and supported by my family. My cat is a foster failure after being given up. I know puppy and kitten care from as early as 2-3 weeks. I work from home and have a lot of time to take breaks to tend to pet care while staying active throughout my working schedule. The days I go into the office (2x a week) I only work for 5 hours so have flexibility to come back to take care of pet needs. I make sure to be attentive and engaged while keeping the environment safe from hazards and obstacles. It’s important to me to make sure the pets are consistently supported and don’t feel uncomfortable or anxious.
