I can’t thank Serena enough for taking such amazing care of my Cane Corso puppy! From the moment we met, she was warm, professional, and clearly experienced with dogs—even strong, energetic breeds like mine. She made me feel totally at ease and kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. My pup came home happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. Shuting was awesome with my dogs! She took some great pictures and videos of them playing, eating, relaxing and having a great time. Shuting is very kind and you can tell she had a great connection with our dogs. 10/10!

If I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to maintain the pet’s usual comfort and routine. I always provide lots of love, patience, and attention wherever I am.
A typical day
I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. With dogs, we might go for playful walks, play fetch, or enjoy puzzle toys to keep their minds sharp. With cats, I offer gentle play, cozy lap time, and quiet enrichment to help them feel calm and cared for. I always follow their pace and routine—my goal is to make them feel safe, happy, and truly at home.
