We booked with Odalis after another sitter unexpectedly stopped responding on the day our booking was supposed to begin, so this ended up being an emergency request for us. From the very beginning, Odalis was incredibly accommodating, kind, and willing to help on such short notice, which immediately put us at ease. She picked up our dog, Walter, and took wonderful care of him throughout his stay. She kept us updated with photos and messages, letting us know how he was doing, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. It’s never easy leaving a beloved pet with someone new, but Odalis made the entire experience stress-free. Walter was clearly well cared for, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Samantha and her family were AMAZING when watching our dog Sam. Sharie was so amazing with our puppies and gave them a comfortable environment to enjoy. My two pups have so much separation anxiety whenever I travel and they were able to let loose, play, snuggle and enjoy their time with Sharie even though we were gone for a week.

I can’t recommend her enough! She took such great care of my dog, Jax, while I was away on a cruise, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. She sent lots of pictures and videos, which meant so much and let me see how much fun he was having. It was clear he was getting plenty of love, attention, and care. The best surprise was picking him up and finding that she had given him a bath before coming home! He came back happy, clean, and well cared for. If you want an honest review, here is where to look. When I saw her profile and immediately thought she was gonna be good. So, I thought I would give her a shot. Leaving my baby boy was something, truly, nerve-wracking. The last sitter I had was not trustworthy and this visit made me nervous. I expressed how I wanted consistent updates on him because I was having EXTREME anxiety. However, her communication and understanding is what sold it to me. I knew he was in good care. Afterwards she updated me every morning with a photo. So, if you want someone with a good head on their shoulders and reliable. She definitely is it. Not to mention how well my dog got along with her dogs. My baby, Moto had an amazing time and really fought me going home 😭☠️ I’m definitely going to ask for her again once I’m in town. ONLY CRITICISM: I want more picturesssss; the ones she took was cute but I want more 🥺❤️(That’s all, just being picky lol)
