Hi there! My name is Ximena. I was born & raised in South Florida. I have been a lifelong animal lover but have always had special place in my heart for dogs. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs both of my own and as a sitter and started with Rover back while I was in college. Now I am a full-time, work from home, dog mom to an American Bulldog Mix named Vida who absolutely adores others and is always eager to make new furry friends. She loves to play, cuddle, and is all about being the best companion for your pup during their stay. Rover has honestly been the perfect way for her to have some doggie company and as a fellow dog lover, it gives me the chance to share the love!

Ximena was absolutely wonderful with Luna! She was so sweet, caring, and attentive, and I could tell right away that Luna was in great hands. I especially loved receiving regular photos and videos, it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Honestly, I felt like I had left Luna with family rather than a sitter. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Ximena to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their fur baby. Luna was so well cared for, and we’ll definitely be booking with Ximena again very soon!
Our dog Macy is an older dog. Ximena was absolutely wonderful with our dog. She sent pictures or videos every day and gave us an update of how she was doing. We definitely plan to use her again. 😊
Ximena and Vida were the BEST hosts and playmates for baby girl Arya! She always enjoys her time there, and we always know that she’s getting the best care and attention!
Ximena was absolutely fantastic! Here's why; 1. Ximena is honest. On first day, she sent picture and said Maggie is ok-still adjusting to new environment; 2. Ximena sent me pictures and text updates 2-3 times a day during feed time, rest time and play time; 3. Ximena is intuitive; has a natural ability to care for dogs; 4. Ximena made me feel like Maggie was safe each day of my vacation; 5. Ximena is very strong in her communication skills before, during and after your pet's stay. Highly recommend!
As always Ximena took great care of Leah. Very attentive, caring, and communicative. She kept me updated the whole time Leah was with her. Sending me videos and pictures. She has a great spacious backyard and Vida (her dog) is extremely sweet. Always my #1 pick for when I need. Thank you for taking such great care of Leah.
Ximena is the best most caring and loving dog person ever. This is the fifth or maybe sixth time I’ve had her take care of Luka and she always keeps me updated with videos, photos, and texts about his welfare. Her dog Vida and Luka are best buddies and live hanging out. I found the best home to board Luka I’m away. Thank you.

Our home is clean, spacious, and filled with love. We have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can run, sniff around, sunbathe, and come and go as they please.

- Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, quirks, or behaviors that I need to account for. We are flexible, accommodating and I like to keep things as consistent as possible to your pups rules and routine. If needed I have various size crates available if your dog needs to be crated. I am open to and comfortable with all breeds. I just ask that your dog be dog-friendly and comfortable cohabitating with other dogs as I cannot accept any dogs that have previously displayed signs of aggression towards other dogs or people. Please note that I do require a meet & greet prior to booking and never care for more than one family a night without prior notice and approval.
