I explained that to Judy & she stated that she knew how to handle him. That’s where her over 14 years of experience came in; she was very patience with him so he started trusting her. She went from not being able to touch him on day one to him literally eating out of her hands within 48 hours. Talk about awesome 🤩. Judy kept me updated & sent me lots of pics showing me how he was doing and reassured me that he was ok. That made me feel more comfortable, knowing that he was in good hands which allowed me focus on my business trip. I’m impressed with Judy’s professionalism along with her love & dedication to pets. Kim is absolutely amazing! She usually walks Otto, but this was our first time boarding him at her house. She took incredible care of him, and the pick-up and drop-off service made it so convenient. Otto loves her, and we always feel completely at ease leaving him in her hands. Highly recommend!
Nathalya was incredible! I felt completely comfortable and secure knowing that my older dog, Missy, was being so well taken care of during her stay. She went above and beyond in so many ways. She took Missy on multiple walks each day, and when Missy ran out of kibble, Nathalya went out of her way to purchase more for her. She even cleaned Missy’s dog bed and pillow during her stay, which I really appreciated! What I loved most was the communication. Nathalya sent me pictures of Missy every day along with updates on their activities, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. 10/10 — I would absolutely recommend Nathalya to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to take care of their dog. Helen was absolutely wonderful taking care of Corgie for two nights! She went above and beyond keeping us updated the entire time — constant photos and videos of him playing with Meli, getting his daily exercise, and loafing around on the couch like he owned the place. He was clearly so comfortable and relaxed in her home that she even caught him snoring away on video (loudly, might I add)! It’s obvious Helen truly cares for the pups she watches, and the peace of mind that comes with getting all those updates while we were away meant so much to us. Corgie had a wonderful, stress-free stay with her, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Helen, for giving Corgie such a great experience! Heather was great. I left my baby with Heather for 10 days. Very nervous as she is a picky eater. Heather made sure she ate. She even sat on the floor with. Her to encourage her to eat her food. Left our pups with Elisa for 10 days. She provided pictures and periodic updates while we were away. When we picked them up it was almost like we never left.
