Dog-loving family
I've had dogs as pets throughout my childhood (labs, German shorthaired pointer) and my family boarded a Maltese on and off for a number of years. We have often taken care of dogs for family and friends. I have a nine-year-old daughter who loves all animals and wants to be an animal rescuer and a six-year-old son who loves playing fetch with the dogs we watch.

Valerie as great! We received frequent updates and photos. Our dog doesn't do well with other dogs so she accepted a one dog stay. Her darling two young children lavished love and enjoyed playing with our dog. Her home was clean and welcoming with the added benefit of a fenced backyard. I would highly recommed her.
The best rover has to offer. So kind and communicative. Her kids are so cute with my tony also. If she can help you in anyway, she will. I am so grateful to have met Valerie years ago and continue to use her often!
I cannot recommend Valerie enough! She and her two wonderful kids took such amazing care of my boy, Papito, for a few days. He had the best time - so many cuddles, snuggles, and playtime. I loved getting daily updates and pictures that showed just how comfortable and happy he was in their home. It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. Truly a warm, caring family who treated Papito like their own. We’ll definitely be booking with Valerie again!
Valerie was great & very communicative during Obee’s entire stay! He was comfortable immediately. I would highly recommend booking and I will definitely be using her again!
Valerie and her family are amazing always taking great care of our Bailey. They treat Bailey as if she is part of their family. Absolutely recommend!

Schedule
I work remotely part-time so I am typically home all day. We often spend time in our (fenced-in) yard and frequently take walks to the park down the street.

I have a fenced-in yard, screened-in patio area, and a pool. Pets would be free to roam our home and sleep in whichever room they are comfortable.
A typical day
My kids love to play with the dogs we watch. They usually run around in the backyard and play fetch. Our neighborhood has sidewalks so we have plenty of places to walk safely.
