About: Hello, my senior dog of 14 years passed away recently, so I am looking to get my pup fix in while also helping you out! You can expect an attentive, caring and fun foster environment when your pet stays with me. I am an active individual who works from home and doesnt mind stepping out of the house 3 to 4 times a day to exercise and play with your pets! I currently live a block away from Duke's east campus, so your pup will have access to beautiful walks around the East Campus loop, the Trinity Park neighborhood, and the Eno River state park, if they are up for it! 🤠 I also have plenty of dog toys, dog beds, and a kennel if your dog is crate trained and prefers to sleep in a crate! I currently work from home, so your pet will have unlimited access to myself and my apartment while we stay together! As mentioned above, I love being active with pets, so whatever your animals outdoor needs are, Im sure that I can fill them! I have easy access to Duke's East Campus loop, the Trinity Park Neighborhood, and the Eno River state park for all play and exercise needs. I am a physically active person, and would love to take your pet out as much as they desire! I do have a kennel available for dogs who prefer to be crated, and if not, I have free roam dog beds, couches and human beds available for all pets who enjoy them!

About: For the past 10 years I’ve been dog-sitting, house-sitting, dog-walking, and - as of one year ago - raising a yellow lab named Potato. I am patient, communicative, physically active, and - most importantly - I will care for your dog like they’re my own. I am a fourth year medical student, which means my schedule is incredibly flexible at times and rigid at others. There will be weeks in which I am 100% remote and others in which I work long days/nights in the hospital. I have an unfenced yard but I’m within walking distance to multiple trails and dog parks. I have a vehicle for transport, multiple crates, tons of toys, and everything else to make sure your dog is happy and healthy.
“Chelsea and David were amazing! When I picked up my pup, she was happy and tuckered out! I would definitely bring my girl back to them when I come back into town. Can't recommend enough!”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs through family and friends. Whenever my sister travels, I look after her four French Bull Dogs, making sure they stay on their usual routines and get plenty of attention and love. I also regularly care for a friend's Pit Bull mix when she's put of town. I'm comfortable managing multiple dogs, different personalities, and varying energy levels, and I always treat them like they're my own. I currently work from home. I am available to take your Pet out before and after work, breaks and lunch. I am off on the weekends and can provide more flexibility. I can provide one on one Care for your Pet if needed. I have a huge back yard where they can run and play when needed.
“Adrian is the best! He is super communicative and sends lots of pictures of your fur baby throughout the day so you can see what they’re up to! My dog has separation anxiety and requires extra care, and Adrian was super attentive, making sure that she was comfortable and happy all day long. We will definitely be back!”

“Can’t say enough great things about Hope! My dog Maggie absolutely loves going with her for daycare, and I feel so comfortable knowing she’s in such caring hands! She gets so much exercise and socialization with dogs that are all around her same size… it has done wonders for Maggie’s beta demeanor and her confidence around other dogs! We love Hope!!”

“Glinda enjoyed her visit with Jessica, hanging out in peaceful surroundings with other dogs, and a cat! and taking nice walks. Jessica was great at sending photos and letting me know how Glinda was doing, and Glinda certainly looked relaxed and happy and will definitely stay with Jessica again.”

About: **PLEASE RESPOND IN TIMELY MANNER AFTER RECEIVE REPLY TO REQUEST. GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. 🙏🏾** I've taken care of family and friends' dogs since 2010, starting in Charlotte, NC. Longest I've kept one dog is for 2 weeks. I love taking care of dogs as if they were my own. Currently live in Durham, NC in my childhood home. I work from home, so I'm the perfect sitter that can entertain your dog while you're at work, away on vacay/trip, or just need some me time. I am a patient person and do have experience training a couple of dogs from not fearing their crate, knowing boundaries within house, and cease whining. I work from home Monday-Friday from 8-4:30 pm. I occasionally have appts and other events on the weekends, including attending church worship service. I'm at home the majority of the time. I have a pretty open concept in my house, but I close off doors to bedrooms and bathroom. I sometimes close off my hallway to keep in a secluded place in case of visitors or go to sleep at night. I take dogs out on leash, I currently do not have a fenced yard. I spend quality time with them and engage often and show plenty of love.
About: I grew up with two bigger dogs (German Shepard and chow/golden mix) and always had responsibility with taking care of them. Although I do not have any dogs of my own at the moment, I am always the first to watch my family and friends dogs such as Bernese mountain dog, doodles, Bassett Hound, and German Sheppards! In the last two years, I have been a recurring sitter for a doodle, chow, chocolate lab, and other breeds. All dogs were through friends, referrals, and people in our building so not many reviews on here but I am sure I can send their numbers if referrals are needed. I just moved to Durham but looking to help dog sit here and hope can find some new favorite dogs to sit:) I work hybrid, so I can schedule any meetings around bathroom/dog park breaks. I have experience taking dogs on multiple 2+ mile walks a day if needed. We have a couch cover, so happy for dogs to cuddle up on the couch! We have a fenced in back yard so can play together outside! Happy to have the dog sleep in the bedroom but prefer them off the bed if possible!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for around 10 years. I also have babysat different aged children and am very prompt and responsible. I hope to be able to help you too. I’m currently doing research at UNC and training for my collegiate sports season. I have lots of time in the middle of the day to walk! I take my own dogs on walks every day, clean them, and feed them daily. I love them very much and take good care of them.
About: For as long as I can remember, I've had dogs and cats, and they've taught me so much about love, loyalty, and responsibility. Caring for them has always been an important part of my life; I enjoy spending time with them, understanding their needs, and giving them the love they deserve. I've learned to handle everything from playful puppies to senior pets who need more patience and attention. To me, every animal is part of the family, and I always care for them with the same love I would give my own. 🐾 Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine, as I have ample free time and am fully available to dedicate attention, love, and energy to animals. I can easily adapt to different schedules and needs, allowing me to offer consistent, responsible, and dedicated care. I enjoy spending time with pets, taking them for walks, feeding them, and ensuring their happiness and safety at all times. A perfect place for your pet 🏡🐾 I live in a spacious two-story house with a basement where pets can play and rest in complete comfort. It's a quiet, safe space, free from annoying noises, ideal for them to feel right at home. Plus, there's a park nearby where I can take them for walks, runs, and to enjoy the fresh air. Here, your pet will have space, fun, and lots of love every day. ❤️
“Haley was super responsive and really helped us out with Caboose while we were in OC for the weekend! She took her on multiple walks and took overall great care of her while we were gone!”

About: My entire life has involved animals of many types. I've rescued cats, dogs, and ferrets as well as wildlife in need. Animals are such a huge part of who I am and I love taking care of them. I'm very detail oriented and follow directions to the letter. I am able to give pets sub-q fluids if needed, as well as giving meds taken as part of a daily regimen. I'm also a firm believer in positive reinforcement with pet behavior. If your pup loves to play ball, loves walks or simply enjoys laying around getting some scritches I'm onboard. If your cat needs a calm, quiet place to hang out, or prefers playing with toys I'm able to provide that too. If you have ferrets I'll be over the moon happy to engage with them. Those little ones are my spirit animal. I telework on Tuesday and Friday, and am home every weekend. Depending on the needs of your pup I could do a day here or there, or a long term stay if your dog can handle being home alone on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Adaptability is one of my strongest traits. 😊 I live in a townhome, but there is a dog-park right across from my home and plenty of places to walk. I like to tailor my care to the individual needs of the pet, since they are like humans and every one has a unique personality. If your pet is a cat, they would have the run of the townhome except the master bedroom where my 15 year old cat stays (she has no interest in coming out of that room).

Bruna took great care of my dog Sky! He had an amazing time with her, and I really appreciated the timely updates, photos, and videos throughout his stay. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for. Highly recommend Bruna for anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!

Jade was the best! She is so sweet and caring, our puppy is only 6 months old with a lot of energy and growing so big and Jade watched her for several days in a row. She noticed multiple habits and quirks we forgot to mention and definitely developed a bond with our pup in the time she watched her. Jade was very intentional with updates which we appreciated overall we highly recommend, we would definitely book again (:

Blake is the best!! My dog, Bodey, absolutely LOVES her and has such a good time at doggy day care with her!! I work long shifts and Blake is super flexible and accommodating. She communicates promptly and effectively and takes such great care of Bodey. Bodey gets so excited to see her, and is happy and tired at the end of the day! I would highly recommend Blake.

Missi was amazing! She took great care of my two dogs while I was at work. She was very communicative and responsive, keeping us posted with updates and videos throughout the day. She was considerate of our dogs’ needs and took time to make sure my anxious dog felt comfortable, and I felt at ease with them in her care. Can’t recommend her enough!

Myla was great and saved me when something came up without a lot of advance warning. It’s automatically stressful to leave my pup in new places but Myla’s calm demeanor helped me relax and focus on my own plans. I’m just visiting the area and she even dealt with me confusing streets and directions when dropping off! Rio was wall cared for. I’d definitely reach out to Myla for help again.
