I've been caring for dogs and other pets for the past 20 years and am a trusted housesitter in Durham, Chapel Hill, and beyond! I've provided extended care and regular housesitting for up to a month at a time in my home or theirs. In my own home, I have a fenced yard and no other pets, providing a great setup for boarding. I love spending time with animals and can't wait to meet your pet, large or small, fosters and rescues! I'm also experienced with birds, rabbits, and other small animals. I'm reliable, organized, and ready to work with you to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience for your pet.

Caroline was wonderful. She’s calm and seems very easy going. Our dogs are quite hyper but she dealt with them very gently. We appreciate her helping us, even when our one dog had last minute surgery so she had to administer meds. Definitely would recommend!

Schedule
I have a flexible work schedule and love hanging with pets during the work day, whether staying in your home with your pet, boarding them in my home with a fenced yard, or providing drop-in care and walks. I can provide bathroom breaks every 4-6 hours most days.

I'm a trusted housesitter for several local families, providing extended care in their homes for up to a month at a time over the past few years. In my own home, I have a fenced yard and no other pets. I do have a variety of indoor plants, so dogs that chew on plants may not be a good fit safety-wise.
A typical day
I can't wait to have fun with your pet! We can have some great walks around the neighborhood, backyard playtime to blow off steam, and plenty of snuggle time -- whatever they enjoy!
