About: I have been looking after dogs and cats for more than fifteen years and love all animals! My church family and neighbors often ask me to housesit for them because I am reliable and go above and beyond for their pets. I have extensive experience with all different dog and cat breeds and sizes, both old and young. I have experience with animals with special needs, like diabetes or anxiety medication. I keep your pets in their routine to minimize any distress and keep you updated about what we are up to. I’m a writer who works remotely. Because of this, I have a very flexible schedule and can keep your pet’s usual routine going while you’re away. About: Hi, I’m Mari! 🐾 I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud fur mom to one very loved pup and two spoiled kitties. Caring for animals has been a huge part of my life for more than 15 years. Over the years, I’ve cared for the pets of neighbors, family, friends, and coworkers, and I’m excited to finally bring that experience to Rover and connect with even more pet parents and their furry family members. I’ve had the privilege of caring for dogs and cats at every stage of life, from young puppies and kittens to senior pets. I’ve raised my own dog, Lennox, since he was just two months old, and I’ve had my youngest kitten since he was two months old as well. I’ve also cared for several beloved family pets well into their senior years, including pets 12+ years old who required medications, specific routines, and a little extra attention. I understand how important it is to follow a pet’s routine exactly as their parents have established it, especially when it comes to feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and other individual needs. As a pet parent myself, I know that every animal has their own personality, quirks, routines, and specific needs. I’m naturally very attentive and detail-oriented when it comes to my own pets, and I bring that same level of care to every animal I look after. I also have experience with medium-sized breeds and dogs who may be reactive, nervous, or need a little extra patience and understanding. I know that not every pet is comfortable with the same things, and I’m happy to take the time to learn what makes each individual pet feel safe and comfortable. One of the things I pride myself on most is communication. I know how difficult it can be to leave your babies with someone else, so I want you to feel just as comfortable and informed as your pet is. I love sending regular updates, pictures, and little check-ins throughout the day so you never have to wonder how your furry family member is doing. I’m also happy to follow detailed instructions and routines because I understand that consistency is important for pets. I’m currently a Civil Engineer going through a career change, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability. I’m happy to work with busy schedules and do my best to accommodate the needs of both you and your pet. I’m also currently working toward obtaining my Pet CPR certification because I want to be as prepared and knowledgeable as possible should an emergency ever arise. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities, and I’m always happy to provide any additional information, references, or details that would help you feel comfortable choosing me to care for your pet. I’m currently in a flexible stage of my career as I transition out of civil engineering, which allows me to have more control over my time and availability. Because of that, I’m able to plan my days around pet care visits, walks, feedings, and check-ins without feeling rushed or overbooked. I’m happy to adjust my routine to match your pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible. Whether it’s early potty breaks, consistent feeding times, or evening walks and cuddle time, I can be there when your pet needs me most. Since I’m not tied to a strict 9–5 work schedule, I also have the flexibility to accommodate last-minute requests when possible and provide reliable care during weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. I make it a priority to only take on bookings that I can fully commit to, so your pet always gets my full attention and care. At the end of the day, I can structure my schedule around the pets I’m caring for, because making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and consistent in their routine is my top priority. 🐾 I currently provide care in my clients’ homes so their pets can remain in the environment they already know and feel comfortable in. I’m happy to follow their established routines, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication, crating, bedtime routines, and puppy potty schedules. I also have experience with puppy training and can help reinforce consistent potty-training routines while you’re away. I’m very attentive to safety and will make sure doors, gates, crates, and other areas are properly secured, especially when entering or leaving the home. I’ll take the time to understand each pet’s personality, triggers, and boundaries so I can provide care that is safe and comfortable for them. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and adjust to whatever routine works best for each pet. My goal is to keep their day as consistent as possible while giving their parents peace of mind through regular updates and communication.

About: Hi my name is Yaneliz, i go by Jullian! I worked at an exotic pet store at 16 and have experience with a variety of animals (including a toucan!). Interned at a vet clinic at 18 and earned my CVA level 1, as well as many useful skills thank include CPR, administering and preparing medications and animal behavior ! I have experience with training, grooming, and caring for small, large and exotic pets! Experience in administering medication orally, topically and subcutaneously. Ive pet sat for close friends and family but am looking to further my skills with client communication and have some fun walking pups! :) Full Avaliability currently, studying online so plenty of time for your precious pets! Boarding and check-in anytime, walks are preferred in the early morning or sunset when it’s cooler however i don’t mind breaking a sweat in this Texas heat! I do not provide boarding however i am open to any special requirements your pet may need from scheduled medication to changing bedding if any accidents happen. I can vary the lengths of my walks depending on your dogs activity levels or drive to certain locations that they prefer! Truly open to anything, very adaptable.

About: I have owed, trained, cared for and loved dogs my whole life. I have experience with many breeds and have researched different breeds including their behaviors and how to care for them. I’ve read and implemented the skills I learned from a NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER book called TEAM DOG By Mike Ritland with my own dogs. It actually trained ME on how to communicate, being the leader, appropriately punish or reward and how to create a healthy environment for your dog. You wouldn’t be disappointed in hiring me! 😊 I have a big fenced in back yard, dog balls, frisbees and other toys. I love being outside with my dogs, throwing the ball or frisbee or just chilling outside. We also go on lots of walks., trying to get my 10,000 steps in 😜 and having a fur companion with me is exactly what I love!! 🦮 If your dog stays with me, they will get lots of playtime, lots of love, daily pictures and or videos and I will keep them on the same feeding schedule you have them on currently. Dogs usually sleep inside wherever they want, on the couch lol or on a dog bed or if the owner prefers, I have a crate. This is a small business for me and I take it very serious. Karen My daughter (17) and I are almost always home and available to care for your dogs needs. When we board your dog will almost never be left alone. We treat the dogs we board just like we treat our own dogs. They live with us and would acclimate into our home life of walking, playing, feeding while receiving the attention and care they need.

About: I had cats, dogs, fish, and hamsters since I was little. My kids and I had an albino lobster, turtles, hamsters, rabbits, chickens, and roosters. Currently we have 2 dogs, a hamster, and a fish. My routine is walking in the morning and evening when coolest. I let the dogs out throughout the daytime as needed. I have a fully fenced backyard with a view of the golf course at Meadowbrook Farms. We have shade and a covered back patio. Between my two daughters and myself, the animals are free to sleep wherever they like. They'll always have attention and snuggles. I wake up early and have a lenient work schedule. There always seems to be a dog in my lap or around me wherever I go. I enjoy walks around the neighborhood and bring them with me. At night, I spray lavender essential oil and use white noise sleep sounds for the dogs and myself before bed. They're usually snoring before I fall asleep. I have a fenced yard and go outside with them while they potty. I will walk with my clients through the home and ask if they see anything that may be harmful for their dog if they were to get into it (i.e. cords,...). I don't leave small plastic toys out that could get eaten by mistake. I carry childrens Benydryl as well in case of any allergy attacks (have never needed to use it - knock on wood). If a dog is possessive over food I feed them in separate rooms.
