About: I'll be honest with you: I don't have reviews yet. What I do have is a genuine love for dogs, a body that's built for keeping up with them, and a schedule that's actually free when most dogs need their walk. I grew up with a family dog from the time I was 8 until I was 14, and that dog taught me most of what I know about patience, routine, and reading a dog's mood before they even bark. Since then I've spent time with my own dog and my cousin's dog, so I've had hands-on time with a few different personalities. I'm comfortable with big dogs and small dogs alike, and I'm not the type to get nervous around a large, excitable pup pulling on the leash. I've been pulled, I've been leaned on, and I've been slobbered on. I know what to expect. Here's what makes me different from a lot of the sitters you'll see on here: I run regularly, and I go to the gym almost every day. That's not just a personal habit I'm mentioning to fill space; it means your dog gets a walker who wants to move, who isn't checking the clock, and who will happily go the extra block if your dog still has zip left in the tank. A tired dog is a happy dog, and I take that seriously. What happens when I'm with your dog: I show up on time, I read their energy before we start (some dogs want to bolt out the door, some need a minute to sniff the porch first), and I match the walk to what they need that day, a brisk energy burner or a slower sniff-heavy stroll. I send photo updates during the walk, so you're not left wondering what's going on. You'll get a picture of your dog looking happy, tired, or mid-adventure, plus a quick note on how it went; bathroom breaks, any dogs or people we passed, anything you should know. I also speak Spanish, if that's helpful for your household or for any instructions you'd rather explain in Spanish. I know hiring someone new, with no reviews, feels like a risk. I'd feel the same way in your position. What I can offer instead of reviews is this: I will be completely upfront with you before, during, and after every walk. If you've got a dog with extra energy, an active breed, or just a pup who needs more than a lazy lap around the block, I think we'd be a great match. I'm not doing this halfway, I actually want to be out there walking, rain or shine, and I want your dog to end the walk happier and more worn out than when we started. My schedule: I am currently a full-time university student, so I'm consistently free after 4pm on weekdays, and open pretty much all day on weekends. This means you get someone who's available right when you're getting home from a long day and your dog has been waiting all day for a walk. I live in an apartment with a dog park in front of it, which means if you ever need a walk that turns into a little yard time, or a quick water break mid-route, I've got the space for it. I have a car, but honestly, I'd rather work with dogs nearby; less time driving means more time actually walking, and it means I can be flexible if you need me on short notice.

About: Dog owners will love how passionate I am about animals and they will feel super comfortable leaving their furry friends in my hands! I have been involved in a charity called National Charity League and have volunteered at numerous places but my favorite place has been Special Pals and CAPS animal shelter! About: Animals seem to gravitate to me, I have never had an issue befriending a stray dog, cat, or even llama. I’m always that one guy in the room petting the dog. I have a natural knack for animal care as well and spend a lot of time just being friends with my pets. I am currently looking for a part time, flexible job that allows me to be with my family more. Therefore I am currently not working as I look and I am fully available. I have a couple of schedule items that I work around but overall I have a very open schedule that pet care will work wonderfully with. In my home we have more of a relaxed environment. Dogs are allowed to run around the home freely for most hours of the day. Cats are allowed to roam the catio outside freely. No cats are indoors and dogs are let outside twice daily to run and play and a third time just to use the restroom. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily and water is freely available. In a clients home I follow any guidelines they have.

Since I was a little, I’ve cared for family and friends’ pets — from silly cocker spaniels and lazy basset hounds, to big berneses and slobbery blood hounds — and I’ve always loved getting to know each pet’s unique personality. About: Hi, I’m Kailey! I am an elementary school teacher here in town. I graduated in 2018 from Stephen F Austin in Nacogdoches. To get myself through school, I always found myself pet sitting for various animals. It become somewhat of a hobby of mine! I teach children, and animals are easier than that! I have ALWAYS had an animal in my life, so you can say that they are my passion! On most summers, am off from teaching, so I decided to work full time at animal boarding facilities. I also spend a lot of time at animal shelters, which started my journey with my very own puppy months ago! I have worked with ALL types of animals; dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, horses, etc! About: I’ve taken care of my family members pets (including cats and dogs) and they had all said that they will repeat the experience of leaving dithering dogs at someone else’s home since they loved the way we treated the dog, the way he was able to adapt into a new home as well as the love we gave them. It perfectly fits due to the fact that I live with two dogs at home ( a golden retriever and a chihuahua) and they are used to go into a park and play with the ball, play with some other dogs and sometimes just chill around.
