When I arrive at your place, I make every effort to earn your dog's trust and make them feel more at ease. Usually your dog should already recognize me from our meet and greet. But if we have met or not, the first thing I do is take your dog on a walk, just to ensure them that I’m their care taker while you are gone, that would 100% make them comfortable with me. When we return, that is when I start giving rubs, treats, and cuddles. (yes I allow your dogs to sleep on my bed, if you are okay with them on your furniture). About: Animals seem to gravitate to me, I have never had an issue befriending a stray dog, cat, or even llama. I’m always that one guy in the room petting the dog. I make sure every pet is well-fed, has plenty of fresh water, and gets their walks and exercise. I always make time for playtime and lots of love and attention. With the heat, I also pay extra attention to keeping pets cool and hydrated, making sure they are comfortable and safe while in my care.

Kara sent us an immediate update saying Eli and her dogs were already having a great time playing together. A week before Eli's stay, Hurricane Harvey came through the area and Kara kept us updated as they were out of town during the storm and had to postpone her return. We received pictures and videos of Eli during his stay which really put us at ease. We knew Eli was having a great time and it seemed like Kara and Will enjoyed having Eli. We'll definitely consider using Kara and Will again whenever we need a sitter for Eli!”
